Jessi's Groom Room was one of three that was near my home so I called and made an appointment with her. First she gave me the run around about my shot records from Tractor Supply in Cartersville Ga. She wanted me to screen shot them and send them to her, which I did but that was not good enough so then I was asked to go to her house for a meet and greet so she could examine them better and give her my new address. She then when on and on about how I need to give her notice before canceling an appt, which I did not do. Then, we set up another appointment. This time I was about 20 minutes early so I called her and asked if it was ok and she said yes bring them in. When I walked in she asked me to sign in and put my address down I told her that I am new to the area and didn't know it right off hand and that I would have to go back to my car and get it. I asked her if I could leave my dogs and I would be right back she told me No they can't be on her property with out a proper address. She then FOLLOWED ME out to my car, harassing me and demanding that I provide her my address, which I did. THEN she said she was not able to do the appointment today and that I would need to reschedule. MIND YOU, she was already given my address at the meet and greet A FEW DAYS AGO. I have never experienced so many issues scheduling a dog grooming appointment in my life. Nor, have I ever been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer. Needless to say I will not be returning and strongly recommend finding someone else more professional. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

She treats my furbabies as she would her own. I have to drive a little further to get to her but she is well worth the extra drive. I would never consider using anyone else. Everything--from appointments to pet details--is handwritten, which looks unprofessional and feels disorganized. It's clear they're in desperate need of a digital overhaul. But worse than the disorganization was the experience my dog (and I) had during our visit. Here's what happened: * 9:00 AM: I dropped off my dog for her scheduled grooming appointment. I was told I'd receive a call when she was ready. * 12:34 PM: I hadn't heard anything, so I called to check in and confirm they had my correct number (given their handwritten system). I was told they were fully booked and that someone would call me--but no update was given on where she was in the process, or if she had even been started. * 2:30-2:45 PM: After talking to friends and confirming that waiting over 5 hours with no updates was unreasonable, I decided to go get my dog. * Around 2:50 PM: I arrived--not because I was called, but because my dog had now been there nearly SIX hours. When I asked for her, I was told she wasn't ready and that I needed to pay before they would release her. * I requested a discount, as I had just been told she was only partially groomed. The staff said they couldn't approve that. * 2:55 PM: I paid the full grooming fee of $51.50 for incomplete service just to get my dog back. She now has to be taken to another groomer to finish the job, particularly her face and possibly other areas that were left undone. This experience left me deeply concerned--not just as a customer, but as a pet owner. Grooming can be stressful for pets, and leaving a small dog kenneled for six hours without a potty break is unacceptable. There was no communication, no apology, and no accommodation for the delay or incomplete service. This raises several serious questions: * Why are they booking more appointments than they can reasonably handle? * Why charge full price for only partial service? * Why keep dogs kenneled for hours on end when proper scheduling and staffing could prevent that? My dog--and all dogs--deserve better care than this. 0/10. I do not recommend. Response to owners response: Her response tells me exactly what I needed to know about doing business here. Exaggerate, embellish, accuse, and fail to mention anything that matters.

I have been taking my two dogs there ever since 2018 or earlier. Well I had a visit with Dr Talmage about 5 months back and she put my one 78 lb dog on 450 mgs of Doxycycline every 12 hours for something wasn't even sure about. Well he got deathly sick for like two months and has been having gastric issues ever since. Dr Sumner even admitted that was a high dose. So here it is back and forth with gastro issues. Dr Sumner referred me the Chattanooga specialty vet that I can not afford. So my dog finally started feeling better and eating twice daily for the last 3 to 4 weeks. Now this past Sunday he seemed to be constipated and I tore everything to loose up his stool I called the vet this morning had an appointment set up 1115 to see Dr. Sumner the dogs original vet he been seeing for the past several years. I get a phone call back saying he won't see him that I need to go to specialty vet. What a shame . So I am now in the process of changing vets
