When I got there they took her in and started to get her ready and has me fill me go ahead and fill out all the paper work . Then after all of that they proceed to inform me that she cannot get groomed because we didn't have up to date vaccines. I let them know over the phone it would be our first time going to a grooming place and they still did not inform me that I would need the vaccines. I was not aware that updated vaccines would be required and they neglected to inform me till I was already there.
