Seems many groomers in my area, are not familiar with the Westie cut. Previous groomers I had to show them pictures and still they got it wrong. When I called for my appointment with Groomed to Perfection, the groomer told me she had 30+ years of experience. She used to groom for show dogs! I was able to get an appointment the very day I called. The women that worked there could not have been more welcoming. Their love of dogs and knowledge set my mind at ease. When I went to pick up my Westie girls after their grooming was completed, I was so delighted with the results! I have found my new groomer!

Because of this I had to schlep my dog all around town with me all day Which made for a very unhappy, tired and miserable pup. How do you run a business when you're not open the hours you say you are and you can't even be bothered to put a sign or answer the phone. I came back to find she had lost 10 pounds in the month there. She had developed huge blisters on her front leg joints from trying to crawl around on the concrete floor. (We had left elderly dog bedding for her) We had authorized them to contact Cohutta Animal Clinic at our expense for any issues. She was in terrible painful condition when we picked her up. I continue to suffer myself, because she was allowed to suffer there.
