No sign on the door. So I guess this is one of those fly by night, work when they feel like it places. I guess I have to revoke my previous review because I was not pleased with the "service" I found yesterday. All were washed and dried, as well as exit baths for my babies. I will be using Briar Cove again and again instead of leaving them in KY, thanks to Doug and his awesome team!
