We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!! I came back to find she had lost 10 pounds in the month there. She had developed huge blisters on her front leg joints from trying to crawl around on the concrete floor. (We had left elderly dog bedding for her) We had authorized them to contact Cohutta Animal Clinic at our expense for any issues. She was in terrible painful condition when we picked her up. I continue to suffer myself, because she was allowed to suffer there.
