I had a sick cat for many years and I took my cat here for care for his last few years of life…read more They were exceptionally sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Kenney is a very kind hearted human that genuinely cares about animals. She was always understanding and she thoroughly took the time to help my ailing cat. I have seen the other doctors and they are all very kind as well. The vet techs were always nice and Bret was always my go to guy for handling my cat. I even took my rooster that was sick and Dr.Kenney was great, she gave me medication for him and he was feeling better within 24 hours. I can't say enough nice things about this hospital, believe me I've seen close to ten different doctors in my cat's lifetime and Dr. Kenney was the best!

Cici was a little anxious when we dropped her off but despite our fears of her being scared all day, she very clearly enjoyed her time at ACST. Not only have I not seen her so happy to play with other dogs, she didn't want to leave! She slept all day after we picked her up--rest assured that she had plenty of exercise and wasn't caged like some kennels. I'd recommend ACST to anyone who has a dog that socializes well. If we weren't on vacation we'd bring her back once a week, just for her own fun. Beyond the great service from staff, and exceptional treatment of our puppy, the prices were very reasonable, with $12 covering half of the day.

This veterinary refused to sign my rabies certificate to be able to take for USDA endorsement…read more Per vet he find that very problematic , and he said if I really need it I could revaccinate her somewhere else Clearly this is a veterinarian that does not care about causing animals further side effects from excessive vaccinations . If a vet doesn't know how to relate to dogs, it's time to find a new vet. I've brought 3 dogs to…read moreTri State in the past 3 years. Different vet each time. The first vet, an older guy, was wonderful! He walked in, GREETED my docile dog, PET my docile dog, SPOKE KINDLYto my docile dog, got on the FLOOR with my docile dog. Today, the vet walked in, didn't GREET my docile dog, didn't PET my docile dog, didn't SPEAK to my dog. Not an ounce of attention. Vet is awful. My sweet dog then growled and snipped at the vet. The tech was equally as uncaring. I put a muzzle on my dog, they walked him to the back. Came back and said he was too aggressive to exam or take blood from. The tech stated that he was scared. Well, NO WONDER! They didn't want to spend even a few minutes to get my dog warmed up to them. Just throw the damn muzzle on him. These people don't care about your dog, they just want you in and out, like a herd of cattle. They wanted me to BUY meds and bring him back drugged at a later date. Rather than THEY take a few minutes to make my dog feel secure, they wanted ME to sedate my dog and bring back. That first vet had my dog loving him! I take my dog to my brewery, around dozens of people. He's NEVER been aggressive with anyone. These people can't relate to dogs and shouldn't be in the biz. $50 wasted on THEIR unprofessionalism. Never again. THIS IS THE HONEST TO GOD TRUTH. THEIR RESPONSE STATING ANYTHING DIFFERENT IS BS.
