We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!! Dr Gamble called me and had figured out the exact amount that the exam was going to cost ($175) and wanted to see if I wanted to stay with them since they had all his records and they know him. I decided to stay since she took the time and effort to go out of her way to call me. It lets me know that they care more about our pets than making a dollar, and that's hard to find.
