This place is so yummy, the staff are so friendly and they have lots of vegan and gluten free options! All their paninis are customizable so I got a whole wheat with turkey, jalapeños, pepper jack and spinach paired with a cup of their tomato soup. The soup was delicious with great creamy consistency and they even wrote all our names on our sandwich papers. If you check in, you get a free cookie and I wanted mine warmed up, so they heated it up for me. This small town bakery does it right. They have specials on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as seasonal. But the thing they do the best is their giant cinnamon rolls. They always have the cinnamon flavor, but have seasonal varieties as well. Another thing they do very well is their sourdough bread. We love the jalapeño cheese bread. Yum. You can go in in the morning for bagels and beverage because they open up very early 6 o'clock or something like that. This place has everything you would want in a local bakery/coffee shop, plus many extras that you'd never expect (they keep their own honey bees). When I came in here in a cold day looking to warm up, I found they had hot homemade clam chowder and tomato bisque! There are many awesome treats that pair well with the cozy atmosphere and family-like service. They have great coffee, delicious cinnamon rolls, cookies, cakes, fresh baked bread, and some local favorites like the world famous Cherry Kolob bar. I asked the woman behind the counter if they had any of their famous raspberry rolls and she gave me some patronizing long-winded no, telling me I need to call it in a day in advance and order at least three to "make it worth it" for her. Okay? So I ordered the regular cinnamon roll instead and it was served up cold. I've never had a place serve me a cold cinnamon roll before, and it was basically inedible - my friend and I couldn't get through half of it. There's a free cookie upon Yelp check-in and honestly, it was really bad. Super dry and again, cold. Couldn't get through that either. Basically the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of lower is because the indoor bee hive is pretty cool and their macchiato was decent. Definitely would not return. read more

Their cinnamon buns are larger than the human head and DELICIOUS. We went there for coffee at 6:30 in the morning because nothing else was open and I feel like it was fate. Muddy bees is amazing. We were vacationing nearby and visited muddy bees everyday. We had breakfast sandwiches that were top notch. We would also come and get our lunch sandwiches for a day of hiking. They packed our lunches with the spreads on the side so the sandwiches wouldn't get soggy. Prices are reasonable. We also tried the cinnamon rolls that are delicious and huge! They also have an active beehive in the store. It's really neat. The store also sells local art, honey, jewelry, and soaps. Service was nice but bagels were not real bagels. More like normal bread in the shape of a bagel and their cream cheese was so thin that it was more like butter. My daughter ate breakfast at the Park House Cafe in Springdale Ut. While there they had ordered sour dough toast with their breakfast. It was so good they asked where they got their bread. The waitress told her, a bakery in Hurricane named Muddy bee's. So, on the way to the airport she stopped and got 4 loaves to bring home. Came here for a needed morning coffee. They opened late so that was annoying. Forget it if you want milk, they only offer creamer packets. Though you can buy an inconvenient bottle of milk. Tried a snickerdoodle. It was good but nothing life changing. What I'm excited about is their offering of half priced day old baked goods (I'm a sucker for a deal). They had an array to choose from. I grabbed a loaf of tomato basil sourdough for $3. Pretty impressive for day old bread. Still soft and somewhat flavorful. There's a strong presence of local goods, especially honey. This place is local through and through, from their food to the beautiful jewelry, photos, cards, clothes, and other items consigned for sale by area artisans. Peaceful atmosphere filled with quirky art, but what totally sets it apart is the food! We split a cherry kolob bar, and had jalapeño bagels they pressed in a panini grill for us before serving, which were crunchy outside /soft inside, with the spicy pepper cheese crust melting in with the warm cream cheese. They don't even deserve 1 star but I can't leave 0. I was just treated so rudely by the help here that 30 min later I'm still shaking from being so mad. The help here is surly at best and my order was HORRIBLE! I ordered a raspberry pull apart bread and a dozen pretzel rolls. What I got was a dozen hogie buns with some salt on top and a half baked cinnamon pull apart. It was seriously still raw in the center and never saw a hint of raspberries. When I took everything back to the store they told me that what they gave me is what I ordered. I had to argue for 10 minutes just to get my refund. With God as my witness I will never set foot in that place again and I will daily post negative reviews on every social media site I can! read more
