The owner & designer was very receptive to an ideaI had to create a living & substantial design for a grand opening of a friend's massage and skin care boutique in Chicago. I live in California and the distance was a factor, but David assured me he would come up with an original and a very Zen like arrangement and deliver to her. 2023 update: 6 top doctors across 3 states so far, countless treatments/meds, I'm down to pain management to live with this life long condition caused by this business. I'm running out of options and utterly depressed with this permanent injury. To be clear: unlike what the owner responded publicly, this was NEVER about money. If money can reverse my damage, I'd be much better by now as the medical expenses related to this injury is the most I had in life and it's still going. I'm comfortably retired and just wanted to enjoy my life. The process was fairly simple and the end result was beautiful. The flowers were great! The owner was also extremely flexible in ensuring that I got the best product available. The delivery process needs a little hashing out. It seems there's no clear line of communication during the delivery process...be proactive in reaching out. I have received 2 gorgeous arrangements from Mudd, both from CS Magazine/ CS Brides as a thank you for helping them out with events. Both were unique, modern, and absolutely beautiful. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I have no idea what the pricing is like, and I'd hate to have to go back on my word if I found out that they were $300 for a small arrangement or something. Based on their client list (Louis Vuitton, Hermes and Harpo Studios to name a few) I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. But they sure were purty! read more

Liked that this place had a wide range of prices and flower styles to choose from, also really liked that it was a local company instead of FTD or 1800 Flowers. They finished the design within a couple of hours and then even sent me a picture of what the bouquet looked like before it went out for delivery, something I've never gotten before and was much appreciated.
