Great store and products. Only issue is, I went in with the intention of using cash but they don't accept bills over 20.00. I only had 50 dollar bill to use. I spent over 50 dollars and could have easily used it plus small bills. If you sell products over a certain amount depending on the product. Other than that, service was okay. Our dog has always approved. The wife's aunt would always buy our furry family a bully stick from Mud Bay when we lived out of state. Now that we are living in Washington, we made a stop to check out one of the stores. Clean and organized. Good assortment of fun snacks which is what we went in for. Purchased a rolled up crunchy kind of snack. Got home and our dog has decided to run around the house with it and has been on a mission to secretly hide it for later. read more

Every time I come in to this location I am swarmed by employees who genuinely have no clue how to interact with dogs. One of the employees flaps his hands in my puppy's face and holds treats above his head in a way that encourages jumping up and then acts surprised when he jumps up. Others are way too over the top with how they greet my dogs and it amps up one and frightens the other. I have to practically beg the employees to stop approaching me and my dogs when I come in. I appreciate the help and I really like this store, but the employees need some serious training on how to interact with dogs. read more

First off, this place is really nice and the customer service is amazing. Emmy was the sweetest and she drew us the cutest picture of our pups that came with a cute card since it was our first time in. The quality of the foods and treats there is A1! The 8' tall man dressed over the the top in full on make up spinning around the store in an oversized scarf, dancing around was most definitely a distraction and turn off from shopping here. Be who you want, do want you want, but ultimately it comes down to how the customers feel in your store and this dude is WAY too extra in wanting all the attention on himself. There should be some resemblance of professionalism regarding customer service. read more

This new store is cute, clean, and quaint. It has a great layout and lots of really nice products and healthy choices for your pet. They are also very welcoming of your pets, including cats. We came in with our cat Griffey and they doted on him and gave him some treats. We love the choices for healthy cat food. I wish they could get some bulk cat treats in though. Really excited that a Mud Bay is opening near my home. This will definitely help getting proper care for my dogs. Just stopped in today and the shop looks amazing. Very spacious, extensive selection and my dogs love it. When I brought my dog Huck in, the store employee got really excited to meet him. She was even polite enough to ask approval to pet him and I greatly respected her for that. As I shopped, the pet products were fully stocked. I bought some dog biscuits, Primal nuggets and Plato treats. Huck even jumped on the counter because he was way too excited lol. The associate gave him complimentary sample treats. The shop just opened a few days ago so it wasn't that busy at first(I was the only person in the shop), but I'm definitely going to continue shopping there because of how close it is, large selection of products and the kindness of the staff. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. It took several months for me to figure out what it was, as the name doesn't indicate what the service is. Walking in, we were welcomed immediately even though both employees were busy. They have a wonderful selection of items. We were there to find some cat treats and kitty litter that we'd received a "free box" coupon in the mail. We couldn't find the right package size, but the person that helped us was so kind, and assured us that we could choose the larger box with no problem. At checkout we chatted briefly about our cat, and he was very personable. Because of this, especially, we will definitely be repeat customers. The products we browsed through were very well-priced (especially cat trees!) and the variety of food, treats, and pet toys was much better than that of the huge chain stores. My pet was scheduled for a grooming appointment June 11, it was canceled with one hour's notice. I rescheduled online for June 18th. Rebecca called me to reschedule and offered me an appointment on July 6th, stating the cancellations was "beyond her control as well as the decision to not honor the online appointment. Has some of the nicest people working, the old timers are the best. The younger ones need to develop a better attitude. I love going into this store. Everyone is super nice and always willing to help. Whenever I go in there for dog food, which is about once a month, the employees always carry it out to the car for me. I am getting a puppy in a couple of weeks, and I went in there to get his name tag made, with a cute little saying on the back. There ended up being a typo in one of the phone numbers. It was no big deal, but I was on my lunch, so I didn't have time to wait for the correct one to be made. I asked if I could pick it up after work, they said that was no problem. I picked it up after work, and as soon as I walked in the door one of the employees knew what I was coming in for. He went and got the corrected one, told me to look over it to make sure everything was good to go, (it was, it looked awesome) and told me to have a good night! We recently just started going here because they had an adoption event where we adopted our amazing rescue pup! Honestly, the best customer service all around. Every single worker was so friendly, knowledgeable and great with us! We have been in there multiple times since and every single time has been great. The store is clean, organized and offers so much awesome products! Our pup is offered water and free treats, they carried the large bag of dog food to our car and the employee even pulled out a basket of stickers for our 2 year old son!
