As we entered, we were greeted warmly by the employees even though they were both busy with customers, which was very sweet and polite. Once they were done, they asked if we needed any assistance or were looking for anything specific. We informed them of Link's birthday and not only were both our fur babies given treats but a birthday goodie bag. Additionally, we got a toy and some treats for them as there is also a 20% off on your fur baby's birthday! The location was very neat and organized as well as brightly lit. It's really easy to go around, especially when there are other pet owners and their pets. I also just love that they have a birthday section so you can get your pet their birthday treat or accessory. The biggest draw is Ruby, the groomer. My youngest Sheltie is only 9 months old. I usually do my dogs' claws, but I brought him in one day to have his first experience with having someone else do his feet. He was worried, but Ruby is an excellent dog handler. She was efficient and very careful with him. It was a very good experience --- which was good because yesterday, July 19th, I brought him back to see if Ruby could remove mats the size of PLUMS under both of his ears. Yes, she could! She did a terrific job -- much better than I could have done myself. Afterward, at the cash register, the cashier gave my puppy a BIG piece of salmon jerky (just to convince him that this is an okay place). He's convinced. We really appreciate Pet Supplies Plus.

Hot tips: Bring your leashed doggo with you for lots of love and attention and treats (duh). Washes are cheaper on Wash Wednesdays! It was our first time bringing in Taro by recommendation of a family member who brings their dogs here so we decided to take on the drive from Seattle and it was worth it! They had Taro for 3 hours and were able to execute the look we were going for him while still keeping as much of his fur as possible. He suddenly looked even more like his puppy self with the rounded head, silky fur, while still maintaining his fluff. The finishing touch was also the very cute bow tie that he got, so kind of them.
