This truck came to my office as a part of a lunch time event and it was amazing! I had never had this food before and I was really impressed with the service, super friendly people who wanted to answer questions if you had any and apologized if you had to wait. Really extensive menu! Lots of pad Thai, dumplings and several different choices all for really reasonable prices. I got the tofu pad Thai and I was really impressed very flavorful, and not too spicy! The noodles were cooked really week and it had all the onion and peanut fixings too. Dumplings for a side are a good choice, comes with 6 in the order and there is a hot/sweet dipping sauce that pairs really well with them. Hope they come back or I see them at a food truck fest soon because I think there are certainly more options to try and enjoy. read more

I love that food trucks regularly come to my job, so when I heard Muy Thai Kitchen was here today, I looked at reviews and pics to plan what I would order. I'm planning on visiting Thailand (my bucket list trip) next year, so I thought what a better way to start getting used to the food. I went with the spicy basil chicken with a spice level 4 and Thai tea. The wait was about 10 minutes, but worth it for a freshly cooked meal. Omg it was delicious! For $8 you get a huge meal. The chicken and sauce was very spicy (I like it like that) and very tasty with the rice and fresh veggies. I will definitely get again and try other meals. The tea was yummy too - definitely different than your average tea but with enough sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth. Looking forward to trying other things! read more

Best Thai I've had in Indianapolis! After being disappointed by multiple Thai places around indy, I tried this truck at the Metazoa 3rd birthday party and it definitely did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken pad thai with medium spice. It was $9 for a plate and I had enough leftovers for the next day's lunch as well. The peanut sauce was lighter than your average pad thai but not in a bad way! There were a lot of sprouts which it made it very refreshing. Our business has a food truck in once a week. This might be my favorite so far. The Spicy Basil Chicken is AMAZING! I tend to love spicy food, but I went with level 3 to be safe, and it was perfect! I think 5 would have been too spicy for me. However, the flavor was wonderful! $8 is a good price for the portion size too. The people were friendly. I don't think waited 10 minutes for our food. I think it's kinda funny that we have this expectation that food truck food is gonna be some crazy awesome experience. But, Geesh, it's a TRUCK. A FREAKIN TRUCK. what some of these guys and ladies do out of a truck is kinda amazing. And this is one of them. Good food and good people. Try it. It's much better than a fast food lunch and it doesn't cost any more. The garlic pork is very very tasty, borderline addictive. The hot sauce that comes with it? Be careful. Very very careful. My place of business arranged for Muay Thai to visit one day. I was really looking forward the a change from the hamburger and sliced-meat sandwich restaurants around here. Unfortunately, I found the food to be just so-so. I had the Cashew Chicken. The chicken was over-done, and dry, and the seasoning gave it a dry, almost "sandy" feel in my mouth. The rice was dry, almost crunchy, and stuck to my teeth. I orderd "#2 Spicy", but that failed leave and heat at all. But still, I wanted to try a second item, and see how that fared, but unfortunately the truck suffered a failure of its ventilation fan, and they closed soon after I got my order! I'll give them an E for Effort, but have nothing really remarkable to point out. read more

They get swamped pretty fast so it's probably best to call your order in. They are great at getting those ready for pickup promptly without wait. I had the garlic pork and it was seasoned perfectly. The mama sauce is quite spicy but very complementary if you mix along with sweet / sour and soy sauce. Very friendly and professional. Love, love, LOVE this Thai truck!! All of their dishes are made to order so you can adjust the spiciness to your personal preference on a scale of 1 to 5. They are always happy to add extra veggies or leave out others as per your preference. Considering that EVERYTHING is made to order 10-15 minutes is a very reasonable wait time and you can text/call your order in if you are in a hurry. The Panag is my latest addiction with the green curry a close second, try it Thai style/hot if you dare! This food truck is pretty elusive.... when you see that they're out, you really have to go. We've been to a number of the Thai restaurants here in Indianapolis, but they just don't deliver the level of flavor and consistency that Muay Thai does. My go to is the green curry with tofu - you can also get it with chicken. If you like it hot, get the spice level 5... wonderful kick and you can still taste the layers of flavor. Everything here is good. If you like pork, try the pork sticks as an appetizer. My husband and I have eaten a few times here and have probably pretty much got through most of the menu between the two of us and we haven't been disappointed yet. read more
