This truck came to my office as a part of a lunch time event and it was amazing! I had never had this food before and I was really impressed with the service, super friendly people who wanted to answer questions if you had any and apologized if you had to wait. Really extensive menu! Lots of pad Thai, dumplings and several different choices all for really reasonable prices. I got the tofu pad Thai and I was really impressed very flavorful, and not too spicy! The noodles were cooked really week and it had all the onion and peanut fixings too. Dumplings for a side are a good choice, comes with 6 in the order and there is a hot/sweet dipping sauce that pairs really well with them. Hope they come back or I see them at a food truck fest soon because I think there are certainly more options to try and enjoy.

I love that food trucks regularly come to my job, so when I heard Muy Thai Kitchen was here today, I looked at reviews and pics to plan what I would order. I'm planning on visiting Thailand (my bucket list trip) next year, so I thought what a better way to start getting used to the food. I went with the spicy basil chicken with a spice level 4 and Thai tea. The wait was about 10 minutes, but worth it for a freshly cooked meal. Omg it was delicious! For $8 you get a huge meal. The chicken and sauce was very spicy (I like it like that) and very tasty with the rice and fresh veggies. I will definitely get again and try other meals. The tea was yummy too - definitely different than your average tea but with enough sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth. Looking forward to trying other things!

Best Thai I've had in Indianapolis! After being disappointed by multiple Thai places around indy, I tried this truck at the Metazoa 3rd birthday party and it definitely did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken pad thai with medium spice. It was $9 for a plate and I had enough leftovers for the next day's lunch as well. The peanut sauce was lighter than your average pad thai but not in a bad way! There were a lot of sprouts which it made it very refreshing. The medium spice was perfect and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend checking this truck out!

This place stopped by my apartment complex and I'm so glad they did! Ordered their spicy Thai with tofu and green curry with chicken. Also got the dumplings and egg rolls. This was my first time trying their food, and it definitely hit the spot! Give them a try!

Cheap and yummy! I get the appetizers because they are delicious. I usually get the garlic pork but they were out today. The spring rolls are veggie based and aren't dry! The potstickers is a good portion of 6 for $3. If this food truck is near you I recommend trying it out!

What a pleasant surprise for me...I wasn't sure where my 1 pm meeting was so I decided to venture out early, find my meeting, and just grab a quick bite at a nearby fast food place before going in. When, what to my wondering eyes should appear but the Muay Thai Food Truck ( in the parking lot across from the building I was meeting in) LUCKY ME I had a hard time choosing but settled on the garlic pork and spring rolls. Ohhhhh Sooooo Good. I want to try the fried rice, Thai basil chicken, and cashew chicken. I will be looking for this truck again in my near future.

Muay Thai Mobile Kitchen is just awesome. Had the chance to try them at the Riley Hospital food truck gathering and I hope they keep coming back to that event! Had the pork stick and chicken satay for appetizers. The pork stick was incredibly tasty compared to what I thought it was going to be. The chicken satay was just the right amount of heat. They came with a small container of sauce that was tasty. Next time going to get one of their entrees. Service was fast. Quicker than I expected for a food truck.

Basil with Egg. I almost forgot to take the pic so there is a bite taken out of the egg. I was hungry.

I love food trucks! This one was at work the other day so I had to try. I ordered the Basil chicken with egg and was not disappointed. I was looking for a dish that might not be loaded with salt and and that had a decent amount of veggies. This worked! The gal that took my order said the cook makes her own sauce for this dish The flavor was fantastic and not too salty.

Friendly, fast, informative employees served us some excellent Thai Basil Chicken and Garlic Pork. Spicy just like we asked, but with great flavor. They even threw in the dumplings we ordered on the house. All in all a great food truck experience.

This is explained on the website and I believe when I made a reservation online. With about 10 minutes yet to go on our 90 minutes, a person whom i assume was the manager came to our table to remind us. This was okay although it could have been worded differently. We were just paying the bill that had just arrived when she came back again stating she had a reservation waiting and she needed us to basically leave. We did not see anyone waiting either at the hostess stand or outside but rules are rules. Again it could have been worded differently and perhaps it could have been suggested we could finish at the bar (perhaps those are also reserved though) or to one of the empty tables outside. If you want excellent food and great service and you can be finished in 90 minutes I would recommend Bodhi. I also understand turning tables. Just know the timeframe does not allow for dessert (or an appetizer as we did) unless you hurry and you had best be watching the clock or the manager will make it clear you need to leave.

Establishments like BODHI highlight the true meaning of cuisine bridging together love and community - uniting people, sharing Thai cultural traditions and deepening human connections around a shared table whether in the dining room, the bar or their picture-esque patio! Jake was absolutely incredible. From our service to our desert we were left with full hearts (and of course tummies) for the duration of our trek home to Nashville. We of course had to order some cocktails, we ordered our birthstones or on their menu their collection from Gems of Siam "Black Star Sapphire" and "Ruby" The Ruby ended up being the star of the show! The most unique drink we both have tried! We have never experienced something quite like that! From the ruby chocolate swoosh with a boozy tropical gel to the coconut milk punch adding depth to the Song Cai Dry Gin I was left in awe. (Recommend a sip and then a bite of the chocolate to enhance the flavor profile) Our meals were created with such love. It was truly art. Played beautifully and tasted phenomenal. The noodles were light, fluffy, amazing. The Crab Puffs were incredibly light and delicate which gave me a new appreciation for them! I felt like I could devour them without feeling too full or guilty to finish my meal. The curry was spectacular. The spices, the aroma, the flavor profile everything was perfect. No notes. It's delicious. Each bite you understand why BODHI is a staple in the community. You taste their desire to make you happy. To fall in love again. Onto dessert! Salamat Cookies has always held a special place in my heart the moment I discovered them two years ago! As a Nashville resident, I have had their treats delivered to my door. To come to BODHI and to my surprise see Salamat on the menu could've have been a greater cherry on top. We ordered the Ube and Pandan blondies. The experience was put over the edge by the addition of a strawberry cold foam addition to the desserts. Even though we took our deserts to go they were packaged with care. Why will BODHI forever hold a special place in my heart and will always receive a visit or recommendation from me to anyone visiting, driving through or living in Indy? Simple. Love. Each bite you can taste the love that was put in. Every interaction from the staff from dining room, patio, to front of the house you feel the love. Every laugh, every clink of the glass you hear the love! BODHI was built on a strong foundation of love. Three generations of Thai women, three generations of true love, true grit, dreams coming true. (To those reluctant to give this place a whirl due to the time limit, my tip? Be mindful of how your time is spent. Of course be present with your family, friends, colleagues, guests. We were able to order 2 rounds of drinks, share an appetizer, delve into an amazing conversation, enjoy our dinner without rush AND order dessert, summing up our conversation in the allotted time. It's doable! There are also times where they may not have to strictly enforce, however if you know you like to spend more time on your meal and in conversation, try coming on a weekday or coming earlier! Peace Love and Hugs friends!)

I recently tried their chicken and beef pad Thai, and again amazing! They have a really good coconut chicken soup as well if you're not a seafood lover, that I would recommend. And everything is so reasonably priced. If you're going for the first time, maybe go during their lunch hours, for you to try some items at a smaller portion and a slightly smaller price.
