They must've found some on hand foam because a few hours later I got a text that they would be ready the following day before noon (roughly 24 hours later). We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results.
