Donna was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She gave practical advice, and spent a long time looking through upholstery samples with us. We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results. He was an artist who gave it his all. When he was done, I couldn't see the scratch at all; it had been very conspicuous. I am so glad I contacted UU.
