The roof had been repaired, but I needed someone to repair the damaged drywall from the water leak. I used yelp to request a quote from Premier Finish Drywall and sent in pictures of the leak so they understood the size of the damage (8" x8"). They gave a super reasonable quote and availability first thing the next business day. They texted again that morning to let me know when they were coming, arrived on time, checked out the damage, and let me know what steps they would take to repair it. I even asked if they'd let me take pictures and check it out once they'd cut the hole so I could assess if it the foam above the ceiling was wet. They were very accommodating, did a great job. Very kind and professional. They let me take some pictures and check the dryness of the foam once they had cut out the damaged part. (The black on the drywall wasn't mold, it was from some black ink on the boards. It was nice that they let me go on the step ladder and touch it to make sure). They did a great repair and even textured the ceiling afterward so it is all ready for us to paint in a couple of days. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I read that things can get really messy after drywall work, but they didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend these guys. Adon and Tony were great!

Other people we've contracted on house projects in the past did not always show up on time nor finished on time.
