They either ignore your calls or hang up on you the moment you express even the slightest frustration. My child waited over 30 minutes in 13‑degree weather. I attempted to call three different times with no response. Yes, I checked the bus tracker. Yes, I confirmed the scheduled pickup time. The pickup shows 6:23, yet the bus consistently arrives after 7:00 a.m. When you try to get clarification on the actual pickup time, they never provide a straight answer. This doesn't even include the fact that we're halfway through the school year and their buses break down multiple times a month. I am genuinely shocked this company is still in business. I'm now looking into other transportation options because this situation has become completely unacceptable and unfair to our children.
