I heard of Heidi during one of my google searches for a used car months back and I knew how time consuming and stressful it could be having to go through a dealership or private seller. After a few days of really not finding anything that matched what I was looking for both car and financial wise, I decided to contact Heidi through email. I am not joking when I say that the whole process of me contacting her and having my car parked in front of my house took 48 hours. I contacted her on Monday afternoon, and by Wednesday afternoon everything was done. From price negotiation, financing, paperwork, and taking the car home. I'd like to highlight Heidi's connections within the industry when it comes to price negotiation and financing. I got approved for less than desirable terms or outright declined unless I did a huge down payment with other places before coming to her. The financing terms through Heidi were amazing. I opted to just go to the dealership myself and since I was there already I figured I might as well bring it home at the same time. The whole process was sorted and approved before I arrived at the dealership, and signing the paperwork took no time at all. Heidi does offer to handle all the paperwork to sign and bring the car to you as part of her services if you opt to do so. Overall, her fee was 110% worth it for the great financing I received and the ease of the entire process.

The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I never encountered the typical "salesperson" routine. Even the negotiation process often drawn out while someone "checks with the manager" was handled efficiently and wrapped up in just a few minutes. Josh Withey, the finance manager, was equally impressive. The final paperwork process was quick and organized, very different from some of my past dealership experiences. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties or ceramic coatings. Because the decision was left entirely to me, I felt comfortable taking the time to consider my options and ultimately chose to add both. Based on my experience with these two gentlemen, I would highly recommend starting your vehicle search at Landmark Motors. Five stars!

I've lived long enough to regret a few car buying transactions in my time, but this one was fantastic. Boen and Stephen are a great team and were unwaveringly enthusiastic, patient, informative, helpful, clear, and reasonable. I am really happy with my purchase - the car is a slam dunk. We have been having minor leaks on the coolant and oil so we asked them to check it out and let us know. Rear coolant flange ($465) and Oil Cam seals ($750) was the prognostication. Told them no, we'd add a little oil and coolent and get it fixed later. I picked up the car and was charge $145 more for an hour of analyses. "Oh yea, you better get it fixed pretty soon", but we have it all topped off. I barely made it home... I guess if you don't let them work on your car, they feel obligated to break it for the next guy. A new rubbing on the belt and screaming under the hood, steam pooring out for most of the three mile drive home; it was a nightmare. Almost no coolent left in the system... Guy never told me his name and when I asked to see the Alltrack he pointed at it and he just told us "keys are in it go take a look" then went back in to his office. After taking a minute to go over the car on my own I came back to ask about a potential trade-in and test drive, so we went out to evaluate my trade-in which came way under what Carmax/Carvana/TrueCar offered (and way under the values he was given when he researched the car on his computer, I don't think he knew I could see the screen) and I was told he doesn't do "informational test drives." What kind of dealership doesn't offer test drives of their vehicles? On top of that all the vehicles on their lot are sold as-is so there is no form of dealer warranty on any vehicles sold here. I would suggest anyone to look somewhere more reputable that offers warranties and test drives for their cars because apparently there is a serious lack of confidence here in the cars they are selling.

When we got the truck home, we took it to a local car shop to have it thoroughly checked out. The shocks were shot, and all the fluids were as bad as bad can get. New shocks and all the fluids being replaced plus a general checkup on the truck costs us around $1600.00. We were told by a mechanic at Car Guys that the shocks were fine even though they were all rusted on the outside. What I'm trying to say is that one needs to make sure the vehicle you're interested in buying is thoroughly checked out before you buy. There are no warranties at Car Guys so once you sign all the paperwork and drive off the lot, you're on your own. One thought is bringing a mechanic if you're not a mechanic or take the car/truck to a mechanic while out test driving. Eddie was a very nice person and likeable. Cory seemed nice but was very busy. The cars and trucks are used and most likely picked up at auctions or trades. We learned our lesson because we did not have the truck fully checked out before we bought it. Would we buy from them again? Yes, but we would have the vehicle thoroughly checked out first. Prices seemed pretty good for cars and trucks at Car Guys. Again, check the car/truck out thoroughly before you buy.
