First off, they communicated clearly ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I was delayed by another dealer and arrived late and they didn't remind me of my tardiness. I was greeted with a smile from all four people in the showroom. The experience continued along these lines. Everyone was friendly, courteous and cordial. To the folks looking to get a C8, go and have a chat with these folks. There was no BS and they called things as they saw them. For folks who are into collectibles, their showroom is filled with metal pedal cars. It's an experience. I'm sure kids would love it. Oh yes, they even had a 1954 Bel Air in the show area. Overall, I have to say that they are one of the best car dealers I've ever dealt with! Nice job!

I wasn't expecting this level of attention to detail and he made this experience painless. Quality of work is very high, they work with you to understand what are the best ergonomics of the install for the scenarios you will be in. This was a major plus. Only downside is there was not an antennae available (Dual Band UHF/VHF) available; this was due to an error on my part I believe as the antennas they had in stock would not maximize the capability of my radio. Mike again was exceptionally helpful and guided me on the path on what to look for, including explaining terminology such as ground plane, 1/4, 1/2, 1/8 wave and other matters in signal theory and antennae specifications. This helps me immensely in my research for my next install. Work completed earlier than expected as well, fitting me into their busy schedule after a week of waiting. This shop was suggested to me by a friend and I owe him one. My initial calls with them seemed friendly and I drove in to explain my install request in person and get a quote. The initial visit and estimate seemed positive and was told that they would be in contact when they could fit me in to their schedule (probably within 2 weeks)... I sent my details to confirm in writing via e-mail per their request. Things went down hill from there. I waited a couple of weeks, no contact or confirmed date so I sent another e-mail. I got a positive reply back that they had the details, the estimate was still valid and that they expected to have time for me within a week or so.... Then, nothing... Then CoVid reared it's ugly head. Weeks and weeks went by with no response. I presumed that they had been closed due to the Stay Home orders. After 3 MONTHS, I called to see when they planned to resume business and was told that they had been open and operating normally the entire time!! Evidently, they were not interested in my business and didn't have the fortitude to just tell me. Instead, they just ignored me and wasted 4 months of my time waiting for them. Perhaps Government agencies get better treatment... Private parties, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT put your faith in this business.

Don't make the mistake I did. Go to Kings Auto instead…read more I spent $910 to not have the problem fixed. They put in faulty spark plugs in my engine which happens. It's not always possible to guarantee quality of parts. The unfortunate part is that error led them to believe the old coils then needed to be replaced, so I paid for that (+$293) and when that didn't fix the error they suggested the new coils might be bad. Rather than bring it in a 3rd time, decided to take my car to Kings auto. Alan found the problem within a day and gave me new spark plugs (+394). I went back to Ryan the owner of NB auto and asked him if he'd be willing to make things right. Not only did they install faulty parts, but that also led to additional work that was unnecessary. He refused to refund me for anything beyond the spark plug parts and oil change -$160. If I never went to Kings auto for a second opinion I'd still have a check engine light and be paying more have the coils checked etc. Kings auto costs more, but nothing compared to paying for work you don't need. The owner Ryan prioritizes his bottom line over customers, which is his choice. As is mine not to go back.
