Full disclosure, I have never had a good experience with Chevrolet dealer and so my expectations were in the toilet when I decided to speak with this dealer. First off, they communicated clearly ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I was delayed by another dealer and arrived late and they didn't remind me of my tardiness. I was greeted with a smile from all four people in the showroom. The experience continued along these lines. Everyone was friendly, courteous and cordial. To the folks looking to get a C8, go and have a chat with these folks. There was no BS and they called things as they saw them. For folks who are into collectibles, their showroom is filled with metal pedal cars. It's an experience. I'm sure kids would love it. Oh yes, they even had a 1954 Bel Air in the show area. I've never left a review be but absolutely will for this. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR "inspection reports ". my son bought a car from them and four days later we found out the rear differential was going out. The inspection report showed it had been checked and cleared. They now say that it was my son's fault. In four days?? they wouldn't even tell us what the protocol was of how they check it in order to be able to clear it on an inspection report. I think they just have someone sitting behind a desk and checking off the boxes. Shame on them!! read more

I don't normally write reviews; however, there are exceptions. I scheduled to look at a 2001 corvette on a Saturday. I drove up and liked the car. Pretty well maintained. Their asking price was a little high because i noticed some issues that I'd have to fix right away. I was running out of time and had to leave so I didn't get to talk about a deal or price. When I got home I sent them an email of what I thought was a fair offer. They countered with the caveat, " you have to come up tonight to get this price." I raised my offer but was told we are too far apart and their offer was only available right now. I guess they really didn't want to sell the car. It's was on their lot for 75 days when I visited and now it's on their lot for over 80 days. Pretty sleazy to say their special price was only good that night. read more

I would not recommend North Bend Chevrolet under any circumstances. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I was naive to trust that they were a reputable dealer with the customer's best interests in mind. Even when it was blatantly clear a mistake had been made, they failed to take accountability. I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 with 54,000 miles from North Bend Chevrolet in March 2022, paying $18,000. After only 8,000 miles of driving, the car required a $10,000 engine replacement--an outcome that left me completely disillusioned and betrayed. Within the first 3,000 miles, the car gave me a low oil warning. I topped it off, only for the warning to return a week later. Concerned, I contacted North Bend Chevrolet. Initially, they seemed willing to investigate the issue. But after that first conversation? Silence. As the oil consumption worsened, the inevitable happened: the car broke down on the side of the road. The diagnosis was devastating: a blown engine. The mechanic explicitly told me there was no way a reputable dealership wouldn't have noticed such an issue during inspection--it should never have been sold in the first place. Armed with this information, I reached out to North Bend Chevrolet again. Once more, they feigned willingness to help, but after months of fruitless communication, they ultimately offered nothing but a slap in the face: $1,500 in maintenance credit or a trade-in "as-is" for a car with a blown engine. Meanwhile, I'm stuck paying $400 a month for a car that has been sitting on their lot since the breakdown. Their inability--or unwillingness--to stand behind the vehicles they sell has cost me dearly. I have continued to stay in contact with them, hoping they might still do the right thing and fix the situation. But after months of effort, I've finally given up hope. My only recourse now is to let others know about my experience in the hopes of saving someone else from a similar ordeal. Yes, I should have purchased the extended warranty, but I mistakenly assumed I was dealing with a dealership that valued integrity and quality. That assumption could not have been more wrong. We had originally tried to contact the general manager, but he was out ill. The used car manager, Amin Gangaie immediately expressed genuine concern and contacted the general manager, Mark Murray at home to address the situation. Prior to returning Mark Murray's phone call I sent him screenshots of the text conversation with my husband and previous employee of the dealership Mr. Yu which contradicted what Mr. Yu had said. This is a purchase review; cannot speak about service: EXCELLENT! Contacted the used sales department, and began conversations with Garrett, one of their team members. We were immediately up front and transparent. From that point, till the sale was complete, it was clear that the process would continue straight forward with few hiccups. And that's how it played out. Highly recommend Garrett and his manager Jeff, for they made their intentions clear, followed up with no surprises, and allowed the process to unfold easily; this is rare for a sales process. No upsells and no "mistakes". This process featured the EV $4000 rebate from the Federal govt and a WA STATE "no sales tax" and both programs were offered without a hitch. Easy. They said I had a leaking axle and made multiple attempts to fix it as it continued to leak After one repair attempt the axle was out of alignment The vehicle became all over the road so I took the vehicle back to them The service advisor took the car home and could find nothing wrong In the mean time the tires got damaged 8 have a friend who was a mechanic looks at it and quickly determined the front end now was out of alignment I took it to a alignment shop and resolved the issues I mentioned this to my service advisor and they would do nothing with the ruined tires They said they were too expensive I spent thousands of dollars. I have not been back. I do not recommend them at all as far as service work They obviously did not want my service anymore.I never heard from them again . read more

I inquired about a car they were selling. I contacted them a week in advance about coming down to buy the car on Saturday, I had also informed them I live 4 hours away and I would like to make sure everything was set up before I committed to the drive. I was assured that everything was set up and ready for me to make it in on Saturday. I set an appointment to be there for the car at 2:00pm, at around 12:30pm (3 hours into my drive there) I was called and told that someone else was there looking at the car. And that the car would be sold before I can even make it in. I had over 8 hours of my day wasted because this dealership is incompetent in communication and couldn't hold up their end of their promise. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had and absolutely worth the drive from North Seattle. I emailed about a 2017 Chevy Traverse and had a return call from Doug the next day. He scheduled time for me to come in for a test drive and that was it- reasonable price, no pressure, everyone there was *so* nice, and they even sent someone to follow me home in the new car so I wouldn't have to drive back out with my little kids. The entire thing took less than 2 hours- I would go so far as to call them 2 pleasant hours because North Bend is so beautiful and everyone was so friendly. They even emailed to let me know when my plates came in and then they sent them to my house complete with a refund check for overpayment on my licensing fees. ETCH FEE? Ever heard of an etch fee? Attempted to buy a car here and "etch fee" of $200 showed up on the quote. It is a fee for etching the serial number of the vehicle into the glass. It is not a requirement and, should you want to do it, you can have in done elsewhere or DIY for a whole lot less. They did remove the fee at my request. This is just a note to pay close attention to what you are paying for. And, no, I didn't buy the car. read more

Honestly.. I never do reviews. However, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here. We went in on a Friday to look at a car, test drove it and decided we would see what the could do for us. They pulled the finance options and we agreed. However, being late on a Friday the banks weren't getting back with the final offers so they said they would work on it and get back to us the next day in the morning. Mind you this dealership is over an hour away for us. They never called us in the morning and when I called, I was told that they were busy and someone would call me back in about a half hour... the story goes in like that until after 5pm when I finally get a hold of someone and I am told that they can't get me to the payments I want now. Most frustrating experience ever. Feel like they just didn't want to put in the work, or I wasn't an important enough customer. read more

I purchased a set of tires for my SUV here. Could not have got a better price or better service from ANY local tire shop or dealer. I know because I tried - Pep Boys, Discount Tire, Big O, Costco, etc. GM offered a great price policy, rebate, financing. The Service Dept. at NB Chevrolet was super nice, helped us navigate all that, and made ordering, installation, etc. a breeze. Just like the old days... ;) Secondly, they are not a "high-pressure" dealership. No attempt to upsell or anything like that. I have a side business as a mechanic (they did not know that), and my personal truck is super-well maintained. It is 20 years old and near 200k miles, though. You might think they would recommend a bunch of stuff, but they did a THOROUGH written courtesy inspection of my truck and it was 100% accurate. They recommended one thing important - which I had not yet caught! I should also point out my SUV is Japanese built; so do not NOT come here because you don't have a GM vehicle. I will bring our Lexus to them next spring for alignment, for example. This overall was as flawless, pleasant, and satisfying a major transaction as I have had in a decade. read more

Had an old Ford truck break down by Meadowbrook bridge and towed it here for repair. Just by coincidence I was walking by a couple days later and they had the hood up checking it out. The next day i called myself and talked to her. She told me that someone is coming and buying the car with their advertised price with cash but surprisingly asked me if I could come right now. Of course i couldnt. Got a call back about an hour later and was told that she could sell me the car but she is holding another guy off. Had vent visors installed for $210 that were poorly installed and didn't even fit correctly which is probably a manufacturer issue but aside from that I overheard a certain employee that I won't mention say that those inner channel vent shades never work and that they should of never sold them. So they knew before they charged me that it was a bad idea I won't be going here anymore and I hope this never happens to someone else. On a side not they did reimburse me all the money and after they removed them I had to go around and roll all my windows down to straighten out all the weather Strips around my windows due to the vent shades pushing them out and the guy who removed them obviously didn't care to do it himself. read more

Bought a car from this dealership about 7 months ago and have had to put it in the shop 5 times since I bought it. The manager told me the 4th time that they will not do anything for me ever again. This is after they told me nothing was wrong with my car then my coolant turned to straight oil they fixed my oil cooler now not even 2 weeks later I had to put it in a different shop. They are saying because it wasn't fixed the first time now there are several issues that have to be fixed in order to get it back on the road. Arrived to look at an SUV they'd had on the lot for 2 months (per CARFAX). Sales lady claims this was because of an oversight with new ownership? Test drove. Liked. But That's where the "good" ended. The sales agent (a lady, forget her name) was yelling back and forth across the building to what I assume was the finance mgr about pricing. He claimed "it's going to get sold wholesale this week, so I really can't budge on price." Wait, what? They'd rather part it out then sell a car?! Lazy. Then we threaten to leave, they say "hold on. Maybe we can work something." (Insert slimey car salesman antics here). We go back & forth couple times, they try making me PAY $400 to take my trade in, and "possibly match" my preapproval rate from my bank. Aren't they supposed to fight for a BETTER rate? We walked out and they were still yelling after us "wait. What if I make your trade a wash? Would you do the deal?!!!!!!" For $400? You've got to be kidding me. Bottom line, if the owners knew how lazy their team was, these guys would be fired on the spot. THESE salesman (women) are why your dealership is a ghost town, North Bend. Will never return. I bought my first truck here four years ago (2015 Silverado 1500).. The guys were easy to deal with found some wiggle room on the price and got a good value on my trade in (2004 Silverado)... I appreciated that I was able to go back with the sales guy and talk details with the decision makers.. Last weekend I went back to Northbend Chevrolet and upgraded to a 2019 Silverado 2500HD. The sales team and the decision makers worked with me over the last couple weeks to come to an agreement that works.. Probably could have happened faster if we hadn't gotten 3 feet of snow dumped on Northbend & Snoqualmie. First time ever Posting a review but feel I have to: I took my car in for SVC Traction code and then started running rough a few month ago. Paid $129.00 for them to tell me they could not find the problem. Come back when the code pops up again. Well it popped up on the way home and several times after that but was not able to make it back till 2 weeks ago. They said good news, it was a dirty throttle body which was causing the Traction message and a cylinder 4 miss fire. Purring like a kitten now. Paid $410.00. On the way home the message promptly popped back up so I took it back. Now they did give me a service loaner but a few days later they said they needed the loaner back come get your car. They said could not find the problem. At this point I have an issue with all of this since I am now about $540.00 into this and still have the SAME problem. Do you understand my frustration, he says yes and hands me another bill for an additional $89.00 for driving around, letting it sit running and having someone else drive it and not finding the issue. On the way home the message pops up again so I take it right back. At this point I'm getting looks like, Oh great that guys back again as if I am the issue. They claim to have put a code reader on it and found nothing. I said, this is crazy what are my options here. Big guys says, well it must be something internal like a sticky valve which can get really expensive. Cars just getting old Bud! I have never written a review for a car dealership before but I felt I HAD to write this review to let people everywhere to know about my experience and hopefully this will help you decide whether or not to buy from North Bend Chevrolet. From my inquiry into the vehicle via internet, I swiftly received a call from saleswoman Sierra Wallace... Very personal and friendly on the phone, we spoke about the vehicle and then I proceeded the following day to the dealership as I live almost 2 hrs away... Now 1st, when I walked in, very nice antique styled showroom is neat to say the least...Personally I loved the old gas pumps, peddle cars, and a very friendly, relaxed family vibe the place put off. I must admit, I was a little surprised to see that Sierra, my saleswoman, was only 18 years old...She took my joke of if she was old enough to drive yet and told me her dad and grandad work with her.... She of course was joking as well. Do not let her young age deter you, as she is professional, and knows how to deal, how to sale cars, and knows about the vehicle! what she doesn't know, she will find the answer immediately and get back to you... A couple back and forth negotiation and we agreed on a deal. Jeff McDonald, the General Sales Manager was very quick in the idk what you call it but the head honcho deal office, worked quick to give Sierra a response of yes/no/counter offer. What impressed me was he allowed Sierra to do the complete negotiation. He obviously had full trust in his saleswoman and it promotes an environment where you are one on one. Chris Wright is the Finance Manager. Great, friendly, honest, and professional. Very relaxed atmosphere where we not only discussed financing options but talked football, and a few other similar interests. Nothing was rushed, everything was completely explained, and there was absolutely no pressure at all. I had a rental car and needed to get it back to Enterprise down in Issaqua...Enterprise refused to pick me up or to drop me off if I brought them the car. The staff at North Bend Chevrolet didn't blink an eye in following down to the rental car office and brought me back. A 30-40 minute round trip! I cannot thank the family of North Bend Chevrolet for the best experience ever! I highly recommend anyone wanting a new or used vehicle, don't go anywhere else..GO TO NORTH BEND CHEVROLET. When I was in the market to purchase a new Chevy Colorado, like a lot of us I first went on-line, did some research, and made a few inquiries knowing from past experiences that I would pounced on as soon as I hit "Send" on my computer. Which is exactly what happened from all the dealerships I was dealing with except one. These guys. North Bend Chevrolet treated me as a person, not prey. My wife and I were there with our dog Cooper. The sales staff were respectful of our time. They did not try to up sell us or put us in a vehicle we did not want or need. They even had treats for Cooper. If want to be treated with respect. Go to these guys. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend you talk to the staff there if you are looking for a new vehicle. Update: 11/09/2018 I am revising my rating based on my activities after my purchase. When my license and registration did not arrive in the mail 5 weeks after I purchased my truck, I was getting a little nervous because the temporary plate was about to expire. So I called the dealership and asked about it. Their response was a little puzzling. They told me I would receive a card in the mail notifying me they are at the dealership to be picked up? However the person told me the plates and registration had been there for a couple of days and I should have been contacted. I told him I would be down the next day after work to pick them up. When I arrived the next day. They were having difficulty locating them. Minutes later their F and I person hands them to the same salesman who sold me the truck and tells me they miscalculated the licensing fees and wanted an additional $87 from me. I reluctantly paid it and commented that I should not be paying for their mistake. A week later I got a check for $58 in the mail from them for taxes I was over charged? That got me thinking about what else did they screw up on my truck deal. So I took all my paperwork into my credit union who reviewed everything, then tell me the dealer also put the incorrect interest rate in for my loan seeing I had a 796 credit rating and excellent revolving credit. So I ask" what should it have been?" 2 percent less then what they charged me. That's a lot of money. Saying I was angry is an understatement. Needless to say I am now refinancing my truck with the correct interest rate. I got luck and caught this early after only making one payment so far. My advice is if you decide to buy a vehicle from they, secure your financing before you buy it and have your bank or credit union verify everything, because these kinds of mistake will cost you. read more

Ok, granted I think this place has changed ownership and/or management since I did business with them, they are soul sucking money mongers. Harsh you say? Not so much. I had a truck (a "lemon" you might say) that had a brake switch repaired there. Several months later, I found out that the brake switch had been under recall. Color me stupid, but I would think with these space age machines we have called "computers" nowadays, that kind of thing might be noticed. When it was brought to their attention, I said something about getting my money back. Their response was, and I quote, "Yeah, one would think, but we probably won't refund you". When I finally got them to realize that they were going to piss off a very mouthy (and scrappy, I might add) girl who works in a barber shop (i.e. gossipy place) and would probably bad mouth them for years, they rescinded their statement and issued a full refund. The woman however, refused to give me the money because she claimed that it was not my truck (despite my name being on the title...hmmm. And me paying for the brake switch to begin with) because my ex boyfriend had brought the truck in for the first time, so they had it under his name. When the woman called whatever source she used to verify that it was in fact my vehicle (my registration was, apparently, a forgery), she threw the check at me and stormed off. I got my refund in the end, but I vowed to bad-mouth their service as long as I remained ticked about it. And here I am! read more

I recently used the parts department to purchase some door panel retainer clips that broke(cheap plastic clips) when changing out door speakers. They charged me $11.00 per plastic clip! I was thinking more like $2- $3.00. After purchasing, I took the part number for the clips and found the same exact clips on line. Selling a bag of 10 for $10.00. I understand that you need to mark your parts, up but at 1000%? They were friendly on the phone, but I won't ever buy parts there again, unless I'm really in a pinch. read more

Shame on the service dept. My wife is getting an oil change and asks about the power steering belt ( squeaking when cold) they said belt is fine .it sounds like the power steering pump is going out. I look at belt. Its completely trashed. Took about 5 mins to replace it. We're you guys trying to rib her off on a very expensive repair that she didn't need????? read more
