Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. I used 4 different companies because none of the first three were compelling enough to use again. I won't have to search for another one now though. I'll spare all the details, but they went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly and when things didn't (we had a lot of moving pieces with multiple stops) they made it right. The second time was just like the first. - Arrived at agreed time and texted update enroute - All employees clean cut, professional and respectful of our home and our contents - Efficient in use of time and packing space in trucks and in storage Same goes for the office. They recognized me (caller ID?) as a past user of their service and warmly greeted me. Then I walked them through what they would be moving, when, where from and to and they gave me an estimate for 2 trucks and 5 people. Very thorough and professional. The job went perfectly and due to our packing and prep as well as their expediency, and efficiency, the move was complete in much less time than the estimate. And we paid based on the actual hours worked, not the max estimate. We will use FFMS to move us out of storage and into our new home this fall.
