I like very close and I work from home and like everyone else, have a schedule . I have made several attempts to catch them as they open and get it in out first thing in the morning but out of the 5 or 6 times that I have pulled up at 9:30, they have never been open. It's not until 9:50ish that a van will pull up and everyone files out and rushes to get to their 930 clients . So your nails really are not getting started til after 10. If that's the case I would have just made a 10am appointment . That's just me. If I show up at 9:30, I expect to be able to sit down by at least 935 2. It's bad enough you are late to open, then this attitude is consistent ! I have yet to have a friendly encounter with the owner / front desk receptionist or a technician At this point it wouldn't matter how well they can do my nails if I can't get in seat on time and have to deal with rude behavior In the process.

The doctor immediately determined what kind of disease it was and prescribed an ointment. A few days later, there was a noticeable improvement. I know for sure that if any dermatological or cosmetic problems arise in our family, we will only be treated by Dr. Applebaum.

Horrifying and terrible experience from start to finish seeing Dr. Dobryansky for a broken nose…read moreissue. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NOSE SURGICAL ISSUES. It started with a miscommunication between the doctor and the office on surgery scheduling and the nurse was extremely rude to me when I already confirmed with the doctor. Second and more importantly, Dr. Dobranksy did not communicate or educate well AT ALL and had poor bedside manners when asked questions. I had a broken nose and showed a picture and was told (since going through INS and not cosmetic) that "the hardest thing to do is straighten a broken nose" but then said "I could do it though". I should have done more research myself, but naively thought I would be guided and educated by the doctor. He made my cry right before my surgery after showing a picture again, was so rude during my post op follow up/his nurse was EXTREMELY rude and my nose looked EXACTLY the same (nothing like the picture I showed where his words were exactly "I can get you to that"). He simply should have said, I can't do what you are asking for ... I felt scammed with his miscommunication, dishonesty and lack of education to the patient. I had surgery for no reason. His staff was extremely rude throughout a hard process (as it is dealing with your face) AND to top it off - they never called my medication in before surgery, he said there was no stitches on the outside of my face and after leaving I realized THERE WAS anddddd they didn't follow up ONCE post surgery...insane and terrible experience all around.

They always do a great job of delivering what I asked for whether it's my normal ombré or experimenting for special events. They have a 5% discount when you pay your services in cash. I wanted to be a little extra with my graduation nails and she delivered taking her time and being meticulous in her craft.
