The bar in the hotel "casino" could not make what we wanted so we were directed by several employees to this pub. We sat outside until almost 5:30 and the closed sign remained on and the doors remained locked. It was a Friday night! The hotel web site says the place opens at 4 and the sign nearby says it opens at 5. This place needs better communication! Note: if you are staying in the hotel and want a simple drink (liquor and a mixer) then the (very nice) bartender at the casino can make that for you. But beware of some confusion there as well: the sign on the door says they stay open til midnight, but the front desk told us they close at 11 pm.
