They also have several workers in the office but can't figure out how to stagger lunch breaks because the office is closed from 11:30-12:30. It's September 2022 and they still won't allow patients in the waiting rooms due to COVID. What other doctor's office still has this policy? There are several doctors in the practice, and you can either schedule to see the same one, or just schedule to see whoever is on duty when you are available. They are fairly good with children and are responsive to questions / concerns. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly when needed (sick child, fever, etc), but you may wait a very long time once at the clinic (either in the waiting room or in the exam rooms for the doctor to see you). The only reason I rated a 3 is because you feel very, very rushed. Don't expect to develop much of a rapport with the doctors - they rush in and rush out. The clinic is very busy.
