WOW, we really should had read the reviews about this doctors office!!!! STAY AWAY!!! We are new to the Perry area and needed a new family doctor. Nice building but NOT friendly staff!! We had the same experience as others that wrote reviews. The office staff is horribly rude I was told I was gonna see the actual doctor and then when I asked about it the girl that did my blood pressure and vitals was very snotty and explain to me that the PA is just as qualified. Which most are I will agree with that but when you're told as a new patient you are going to see the doctor and in they switch it and then get nasty when you ask about it not very good 1st impression. I went in for some chest discomfort and may sent me to a lab and they did $2000 worth of lab work which was totally unnecessary when asked other physicians of the same situation. Then never sent us a bill Then was nasty to my wife when she went there for her 1st time. My wife broke her tailbone and had an X-ray from urgent care they did not even show her the X-ray and just said Yup it's fractured. She did not feel comfortable with the diagnosis she went to a different doctor they not only shoulder the X-ray but made an appointment for an orthopedic surgeon because it needed to be seen. My wife went back for a second appointment where they were supposed to fax over her disability form to her employer 20 days later they did finally did send a fax with the nothing that was requested that they needed. The office manager is by far the rudest her name is Linda good luck with dealing with her, she told my wife that they can't just help her out and that they get at it at their own time. We have recorded calls with the office if anybody wants to hear I'm I'll send them to you of how rude they are when it comes to patients. They charge more than any other doctors office we've ever been to it's actually cheaper to go to urgent care than it is to see them. We are so upset that at office would not help their patients. Read the rest the reviews of this place before you make a decision to deal with this office. We will be filing a complaint with the state of Michigan medical board, department of human affairs, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. People need to know about this place . So we got a letter the next day stating that they were no longer going to provide medical care for our family. I guess you can't call and ask questions. read more

Dr. Larkin and her staff are fantastic. She takes her time with me and my family members, and thoroughly explains issues in a way that is easy to understand. She is also amazing with my elderly patients -- so patient and understanding! I would recommend her to everyone. Best Doctor Ever! read more

I can't believe how rude this office experience was. I never saw Dr Larkin only her Medical assistant. My first appointment didn't go well. The woman that took me back was so rude because I was on the phone with blue cross per the receptionist. Even though I informed her it was blue cross she was clearly irritated. I went back again same treatment, rude and the MA again. I called back to let them know I still wasn't feeling well and the woman that called me on behalf of the MA was so rude, condescending and hung up on me. I asked about seeing the Dr and she said no your with the MA because I started with her. I asked to see the "real DR" and she refused to let me and said I was a patient of the MA They had the audacity to send me a certified letter not to return to their office. I'm in shock they treat people like this at a Drs office. If I would have read the reviews from others about the rudeness etc I would have never gone here. I'm looking for a new Dr and I know there are others out there that don't treat patients like this. This is inexcusable. I wish I would have recorded the phone call with the employee so you all would understand that we as patients don't deserve this. Hope they can control their abrupt, rudeness and disrespect! I gladly signed for the certified letter and will never want anyone else to go through this. In the meantime I'm still very sick and have to take the time to find care from a Dr not a MA read more
