There are several doctors in the practice, and you can either schedule to see the same one, or just schedule to see whoever is on duty when you are available. They are fairly good with children and are responsive to questions / concerns. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly when needed (sick child, fever, etc), but you may wait a very long time once at the clinic (either in the waiting room or in the exam rooms for the doctor to see you). The only reason I rated a 3 is because you feel very, very rushed. Don't expect to develop much of a rapport with the doctors - they rush in and rush out. The clinic is very busy.

They also don't schedule out a year in advance and when the window to schedule a well-child appointment comes around you'll be given a date two months or more later than you want.
