Everyone here is friendly, professional and speedy. The nurse who started my IV did it in the hand which is a difficult and usually painful place to put it. I hardly felt it all, which is amazing! What a pro! The next day I could hardly see where it had been located. The nurse anesthetist came to see me as well as the other nurse in the procedure room and the doctor as well. My husband and I have been in several surgery centers and it usually takes forever (I'm talking hours) for the physician to see you after the procedure and discharge you. Not here! They are so busy they have to be efficient to stay on time. My procedure was at 8:30 and I was discharged at 9:35. Unbelievable! We will be back.

Back in 2020 when Covid first started this was a no mask office! Because as the staff told me " all viruses are good viruses including Covid!" Being somebody with autoimmune disease, I certainly can't take any chances getting anything! But they seem to think they know my body better than I do.. The end of June was my last appointment with Volz and two days later I tested positive for Covid! Almost everyone in the office said they had allergies and were not wearing masks! I chose this office for their "BPA free" fillings well the Filtek they use is not even BPA free only Diamond and Venus brand is. First off the dental assistant was so rude because I did not want x ray's - she acted inconvenienced because they had to call my old dentist for x -ray's and then the Tristen Smith the dentist did not even INTRODUCE herself or shake my hand. She went on to look at my teeth and didn't even examine everything until I asked her to she then said "you have a lot of cavities" .. uh ok? so how many do I have? I had to keep asking questions to find out about anything. I was also told that they had "emergency clients" which is why they could not do my cleaning. SO GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY. There are much better alternatives in the EL area. The best part of the visit was the extremely nice front desk receptionist and props to her for putting up with that office. Once I finally got in they spent over and our doing xrays.They clear can't be that holistic when they took Ofer 15 X-rays and stuck my entire head what appeared to run like a CT machine, then probed my mouth with more devices that are sure to have heavy EMF. When they were finished they decided to tell me they weren't going to clean my teeth today because they didn't have enough time. The dentist and dental assistant said "by the time we realized you needed a full exam (still never explained what a full exam entails) it was too late to call you". So on top of the excessive amounts of rescheduling they don't even respect their patients time enough to give them a 30 seconds phone call. At no point in time did they say "sorry I should have explained that to you" or "sorry we should have called you" they almost made it seem like it was my fault. I am super bummed because I really wanted to like this practice. In the mist of all these series life changes I had a fall, they never put in a referral to a specialist and said it wasn't broken. which it most certainly was, resulting in surgery. They also never submitted any of the documentation I provided needed for my ins company so that I was dropped. all while I was going through Chemo. They are horribly understaffed and beyond rude. I hope anyone who is considering this practice values their health, because they sure do not! "makes a lot of sense for a medical practice?" The Manager is beyond rude and violates Hippa on several levels. when you need to make an appointment the receptionists will actually decide for you if they think its necessary, after at least a 45 min wait. I am currently going through legal action because of the complications they have brought to my health.
