We actually started with a different pediatrician office when our son was born! After three…read moreappointments with the other pediatrician, we just unwelcomed and never felt heard so we ended up trying Sunny Pediatrics with Dr. Sana Syed! Our first thought upon walking in was it was very kid friendly with a very colorful ambience! The lady at the front desk is so delightful every time we are in there! She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel like family! All of the nursing staff has also been very welcoming and always ready to listen! Dr. Sana Syed has been a blessing as a Pediatrician! At our initial appointment she listens to our concerns, helped us come up with solutions to help in the meantime, referred us to a pediatric ENT where they decided to perform surgery the next day! Where as the other Pediatrician just gave us the runaround, Dr. Syed heard us and made things happen! Every appointment since we still feel just as welcomed and always have her undivided attention and knowledge! Everything we could've possibly ever wanted in a Pediatrician. We have found with her and her office.

There is another doctor there, Dr Jennifer Burlingame so I made appointments for my son and myself. ( I cannot find any reviews on her as of this date) My sons first appointment was made for 3:00 but the day beforehand I was called and they moved his appointment to 3:40. When we arrived at 3:30 we were told that we had missed his appointment and since the office is a "very busy" one that he could not be seen. I told her how we had been called and told the time for the appointment had been changed and for her to just forget it and to also cancel the appointment I had for the following week. She said then that he could be seen. So we sat and waited.. and waited. We waited 25 minutes in outside waiting room and then another 35 minutes in the back. It was over an hour to see the doctor. I thought it would be better for my appointment. I got there just before 2:00 for my 2:20 appointment. The outside doors are locked from 1:00 until 2:00 for lunch. I thought.. wonderful... since I was first inside and had an appointment just after lunch. surely my wait would be minimum. There was only one other patient waiting who came in after I did. The other patient was called back first and then I was called after. At 2:40 my son texted to see what the hold up was. The doctor showed up just after 3:00. Visit with doctor was about 10 minutes. Third trip was better with only about 20 minutes of a wait for my son, it was a just after lunch appointment as well. The doctor seems very nice but my first rating will be in the middle and is most influenced at this time by the long waits. As we have more interactions with the doctor I will edit/update my review.

I don't ever remember a time she has done anything I have been unhappy with. The office staff, and all that work there are good, considerate pleasant, do their jobs well, and communicate well. When test results come back, she is on the ball and makes the call. I recently moved all of my children to her from another doctor. The kids love her. She speaks well to my 7 year old and 14 year old. They are not worried when it's time to go to the doctor know they will be treated by her. She is a very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate doctor. The office staff are good too. The one who stands out mostly with me over all these years is Allison. She pretty precise. The medical assistants and nurses are awesome as well. I wish I could remember all of their names. I will update my review with their once I remember each one's names. I know one for sure and that's Karen. If you're worried about wait times, that's not a problem either unless you're the one who is impatient.

When I asked the front desk, they said they'd check, but no update came. Meanwhile, others who came after me were seen first. This was just a second dose vaccine follow-up, and during my last visit, I was told it wouldn't take much time. I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes before I was called in. That said, Sky was super cool, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel a pinch! In and out in 10 minutes. The wait was frustrating, but Sky made the actual visit smooth and easy. The clinic should definitely work on managing appointment timing better, especially for simple follow-ups.

Wait for 10 mins max after check-in then be ushered into the fold, check my weight ushered into an exam room where the nurse updates all my info. Then wait 10-15 mins for Dr. to show up, after a comprehensive checkup I leave. All very good service. NOW IHA has started a practice, you dont even have to pay a copay. They just bill you. And if you cant pay the bill, there is access One that will setup a payment plan as to what you can afford. So everyone is happy.

I know multiple people who have left this office to never come back. I trusted Debbie's judgement and stayed, but after health complications in my family I feel as though she has caused them. They don't look at every angle to give you a proper diagnosis for proper treatment. I was blown away that he remembered me after 20yrs, he really takes the time with he's patients. I've seen several family doctors and I can tell you this, I haven't found another doctor out there that is close as good as Dr Colton is. He takes his time to listen to you, he will check you out, he would never just hear you and quickly send you to another doctor. I'm so happy to have him as my family doctor, I refer him to everybody to go see him. If you are seeking a family doctor I most definitely recommend Dr Colton, he's the "BEST"

I came to the clinic for surgical clearance, hoping to just be in and out after receiving my CBC…read morepanel and a quick exam, but what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. The doctor demanded to do an EKG which was not required by my surgeon for clearance and I agreed to it because I figured better to be over prepared and know my results than not know. The office assistant (unclear of her medical training background, but I know every time she's drawn my blood she's really really struggled) placed the leads indiscriminately across my chest with little care or concern for accuracy and did the test. I waited and waited and waited and I overheard loud panicked chatter around the corner about my results. After a very long wait the doctor came in and told me I had had a silent heart attack and I was in poor health and she couldn't clear me for my surgery because of it and I needed to see a cardiologist immediately. Despite only being 28 years old, and not the obvious heart attack patient, I obviously took what she said very seriously and booked to see the cardiologist she recommended the next morning. Her team struggled to send a global referral that worked with my insurance, like they didn't know how to do it, and so I spent even more time waiting and waiting and waiting in the cardiologist's office. When I was finally seen, they preformed an EKG to confirm the results from Dr.Ghazi's office. The cardiologist immediately told me that the test had been preformed incorrectly at Dr.Ghazi's office and absolutely nothing was wrong with me, I had not had a heart attack, and my EKG was perfectly healthy. I was obviously rubbed the wrong way, but still wanting to just push through and just get the surgical clearance I need and move on. Today I received a call from my surgeons office stating that Dr.Ghazi's office called them and DEMANDED to see my whole history, notes, records and any documents they had, and were very rude to the staff for refusing to send them without my consent. Ever hear of HIPPA? The nurse at my surgeons office said that never in her whole career has a PCP even asked to see this confidential information let alone brutally demand it. What does she need to see it for? Either my labs are good enough to clear me for surgery or they are not. My labs speak for themselves and reading a record of the consultation i had with my surgeon will not change if it is medically safe for surgery to be performed. If they think my surgeon is just going to send out my paperwork willy nilly then how are they handling my private medical information at this office? This was the cherry on top for me. Also- bonus fun fact, when I did intake at a therapists office last year, the office manager told me he had also seen Dr.Ghazi as a PCP for some time and recommended that I find a new doctor because she had misdiagnosed him with BLOOD CANCER. This office is misdiagnosing everyone in our community with SEVERE health ailments, and I do not understand the motive. I should have listened to that office manager but I figured I could get my surgical clearance with little issue. This is what happens when they let the children who should have been left behind enter the medical field.
