We were clueless first time parents. She showed us how to clean our daughter's diaper area properly. She swaddled our flailing newborn with such expertise to listen to her heart and examine her. She showed me the proper way to nurse my baby whom she noticed was hungry. Her tip to me was,"if your baby is holding a fist, then she's still hungry."
