I , unfortunately, had to meet Dr. Hagerty under terrible circumstances with a bad tooth and dental insurance for the first time in about 10 years. I googled emergency dentist and found the first place that would take me and was so pleased with my blind decision. The amount of care and attention the staff here puts into your needs from the second you walk into the door to be checked in, to the minute you leave to be checked out. This week I was really disappointed to find out that Dr. Smith was going to be doing my tooth extraction as Dr. Hagerty was not in. I went in extremely uncomfortable not knowing that this dentist could perform the procedure as well as my dentist could. And I am equally as disappointed to find out that Dr. Smith is leaving the practice. I was once again blown away at how well taken care of I was in such an uncomfortable situation. Dr. Smith and Dr. Hagerty both are amazing at what they do, all of the dental assistants are incredible. After a very long search I finally found a dentist that feels like family for my family. Hagerty Dentistry is the most warm and welcoming office I have ever been a part of. You are not just a number, you are valued and cared for. They are exceptional. All of the staff truley care and it shows. They also offer awesome amenities such as paraffin hand dips, warm towels, hot coffee, juice, hot cocoa, fruit snacks, and more. They are so accommodating to meet everyones needs. Dr. Hagerty and Dr. Smith are wonderful and very caring. We have nothing but positive things to say. I could go on and on. We take part in the whiting for life program which is great and works well. We also have both of our girls using Invisalign. Through this process all of the staff has been wonderful especially Amanda. I had called around to eight different dental offices to see who could assist me in an emergency tooth issue. Dr. Hagerty's office was my last phone call and as soon as the woman Amanda had answer the phone I knew I called the right office. She listened to me as I explained my needs and instantly was concerned on me getting the help that I needed. She even helped me understand my insurance and took time to explain everything to me. She got me in the next day. Once I had arrived for my appointment everyone there with so pleasant and helpful. Doctor Hagerty was such an amazing dentist. He showed me that he was truly concerned and was willing to take care of me. Out of the eight different offices that I had contacted Dr. Hagerty's office had the best customer service. We have a few things i could only explain being an irrational anxiety about dental practitioners. My teeth were in pretty terrible shape by the time I visited Hagerty Dentistry, as a result. The whole group is exceedingly friendly and professional, and i also experienced instantly relaxed. The process I was dreading gone much better than I really could have hoped. Competent, courteous staff make this dental office excellent but they go beyond this to provide spa extras such as paraffin dip for hands, heated neck pillows and complementary beverages. (Bottled water, coffee, tea, juice) The office is decorated extremely tastefully and the entire experience is very pleasant and peaceful. read more
