They were understanding of my disability and how it affects my ability to attend office visits. Lansing Elite Dentistry IS NOT the same place. Do to complications with my disability I was late for an appointment, but within their stated grace period. I had even called to notify them I was running late. When I arrived, again within their stated grace period, I was denied care. That is absolutely unacceptable. I had asked to speak with someone about this and was told I'd be called the next day. I still have not heard from anyone in their office. This is also absolutely unacceptable. In fact, it appears they attempted to discredit a review left on another site by suggesting I wasn't a patient. If you have anxiety or are disabled, or if you value your time and expect to have your concerns as a patient addressed, I'd suggest looking elsewhere

Went there for my wisdom tooth extraction. Biggest s*** show I've ever encountered. Never been more…read moreleft in the dark and uninformed about a surgery. Later on to have two infected sockets and a shard of bone poking through my gums. Never given syringe to rinse or proper care items. Called to schedule a follow up appointment to only be told that it is normal. Completely dismissed and uncared for by office staff. Called again the two weeks later to let them know that the problem is persisting and is indeed not normal. Unprofessional surgical doctors AND office staff. Never coming back. Dealt with Dr. Dew and numerous office lady's all of which were not above average.

I just went from an appointment here today for cavities, and it was the worst and most…read moreunprofessional dental office I have ever been to. I chose this office for their "BPA free" fillings well the Filtek they use is not even BPA free only Diamond and Venus brand is. First off the dental assistant was so rude because I did not want x ray's - she acted inconvenienced because they had to call my old dentist for x -ray's and then the Tristen Smith the dentist did not even INTRODUCE herself or shake my hand. She went on to look at my teeth and didn't even examine everything until I asked her to she then said "you have a lot of cavities" .. uh ok? so how many do I have? I had to keep asking questions to find out about anything. I was also told that they had "emergency clients" which is why they could not do my cleaning. SO GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY. There are much better alternatives in the EL area. The best part of the visit was the extremely nice front desk receptionist and props to her for putting up with that office. Maybe if they spent more money training in customer service than decorating their fancy office this place would be worth coming to.

I switched to this dentistry because I thought they were "holistic" like advertised. They called…read moreme 3 times to change my appointment. Once I finally got in they spent over and our doing xrays.They clear can't be that holistic when they took Ofer 15 X-rays and stuck my entire head what appeared to run like a CT machine, then probed my mouth with more devices that are sure to have heavy EMF. When they were finished they decided to tell me they weren't going to clean my teeth today because they didn't have enough time. The dentist and dental assistant said "by the time we realized you needed a full exam (still never explained what a full exam entails) it was too late to call you". So on top of the excessive amounts of rescheduling they don't even respect their patients time enough to give them a 30 seconds phone call. At no point in time did they say "sorry I should have explained that to you" or "sorry we should have called you" they almost made it seem like it was my fault. I am super bummed because I really wanted to like this practice. I will give them one more chance before I go back to my old dentist (who always went above and beyond to communicate scheduling and any other changes that may occur).
