The windows they sell are good quality windows. The installers are not great. As I am doing new…read moresiding, I am finding the window installation not sealed. The sheathing under one of the windows was wet, and ants had gotten into the insulation. So in addition to siding, repairs and extermination is required. I have asked for service, replacement on the window wrap. That request was 6 weeks ago and the only communication was 'send a picture' which I did and they said they got it. Why can't they install a drip cap correctly and make requested repairs?

I'm not sure how they get an A + BBB rating when they get contacted with a complaint and even do not respond to the BBB. So now I have a window that has wood freezing and turning black when temperatures drop below zero. The blackness is the first step towards rotting away, and `it comes from an inadequately insulated window frame. I know it is not from moisture in the house as I have monitored it and the wood gets so cold it freezes. Since early Spring I have attempted to get someone out to repair it, and one time someone even promised to correct it after a house visit, but then communications were lost again. It's not just that the 5500.00 window will eventually need to be replaced again, it's the fact that the company simply doesn't care about customer service or honor any type of warranty work. The window is a Lindsey window and they only called one time as well then never heard back. Terrible backing of what they sell and install, and apparently terrible quality of the product. A window like this should last 20 or more years and this one is bad at five. I eventually gave up communications and wrote the BBB, and today I get an email that BBB letter to Minnesota Exteriors was never answered. Again, no response! I would not recomend them to anyone for any type of work just because they don't care after the sale is over.

I can't recommend or thank them enough, your home is in good hands with eRoof. Here's our experience. eRoof did a full replacement of our flat/low pitch roof late in the fall after we noticed some leaking. As we decided to replace it out of our own pockets, we wanted to be sure the company we chose for our project was perfect for the job. Their pricing is very competitive and the conversations and planning we did with Tyler made eRoof be our first choice. They completed our roof replacement very quickly and the cleanup was great. It not only looks wonderful but no more leaking and they replaced some rotted wood while they were at it. Come spring when the snow melted, we noticed the drainage from our new roof was not going to work long term. We contacted Tyler at eRoof, he listened to our concerns, came up with a solution and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our product even months after the job was completed. This company stands behind their product and their commitment to making sure their customers are top priority. This is the kind of company you want to hire when the integrity of your home is on the line. Thank you again to everyone at eRoof, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

He and the team at eRoof were very supportive throughout the entire project, thoroughly explaining everything and efficiently getting the project completed. I have nothing but great things to say about the process and final product with eRoof. In fact, a neighbor of mine also commented on how professional and respectful the team was while working on the roof, they cleaned up incredibly well, no stray nails or waste.

I lost my husband over a month ago, and my family is struggling financially to have the burial. In 2025, my insurance company had a contract with IDC to replace the roof of my house due to hail damage. My insurance company sent $12,000 to IDC for the work. The job was completed, and after few months, IDC sent us (my husband and I) $ 4,817.91bills for additional charges. They took us to court and sent the initial documents that we signed consenting to everything else in the contract unknowingly. We had no choice but to accept the bill and set up payment plan of $200 per month, sometimes we paid $250. We had made almost 15, or more payments, but the balance is $3,137.91. Inna told me that the balance is high because of the interests that are adding up. She asked me to make a payment of $1,000 that day so that she can wave the interests. I have to skip on some of my bills to come up with the $1,000. One of the agents came over to my house and collected the $1,000 12/04/2025. While grieving the loss of my husband, Inna sent me a bill with the same amount $3,137.91. Then I called her and told her that I lost my husband February 4, 2026, and he has not yet been buried due to some financial issues. Inna told me it is business with no empathy in her heart, and also said that if i see the house, i will be able to pay the remaining balance. My point is that after making 15 plus payment of $200 sometimes $250 and $1,000 payment that was made to the agent, do I still own $3,137.91? A good company will have respect and compassion when a family experiences loss, but IDC is not one of them. You are cold hearted company that doesn't care about human being but your profit. I totally agreed with you, it is business, but make sure it is fair enough. Don't take pride in taking someone else's money unfairly.

I have him recorded saying all sorts of things trying to degrade my 25k+ roofing and siding project. If you have a "small" project, look elsewhere. Stan, Kerry, and Vlad have yet to take accountability for how badly they screwed up our project. It has been 6 months for a simple roofing and siding project, and we are still in limbo. I've had exposed live wires outside for 8 weeks after your crew took off my garage access light. Vlad told me that there aren't any electricians because "they are all down in Florida because of the storms". HA! You failed your inspection and this is how you continue to treat us? If you enjoy headaches, poor craftsmanship, lackluster communication, and piss-poor attempts to make it right, go with Intelligent Design! I suggest that you use a different contractor that respects you and your time.
