I had my phone camera repaired somewhere else and unfortunately, they ended up making the problem…read moreeven worse. That's when I decided to reach out to GoCell and spoke with Erish to set up an appointment. I drove all the way to his store in San Mateo, but unfortunately the camera part they had received was the wrong one and didn't fit my phone. Erish was very professional about it and genuinely apologized for having me drive all the way there for nothing. What really impressed me was that he didn't just leave it at that. He ordered the correct part right away and told me he would come to my house and fix it for me at no extra charge. And he actually did exactly what he promised in a day.. The camera is working perfectly now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. Erish went above and beyond to make things right, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I definitely recommend GoCell and Erish if you need your phone repaired. Great service and, most importantly, someone who actually stands behind his words and work.

I appreciated that they pointed it out without pressuring me to do it right away. I plan to have them replace the battery at a later date. I will definitely use them again.

Compupod was the only business that replied that they could remove a soldered resistor on my…read moreodometer/speedometer and replace it with one I provided as a replacement. They were able to complete this in half a day and I picked it up next morning. Odometer on my 2001 Toyota Camry was having issues on high temp days that cause the odometer to not display and the speedometer to remain only at zero. It seems to be a common issue with older 1997-2001 Camrys and the solution was to replace with a new resistor (I tried replacing the VSS, transmission solenoids, spark packs/wires/plugs, new alternator and battery) per a video on YouTube. They did a great job with the soldering of the new resistor and I put the odometer/speedometer back together and into the car with no issues. Now to see if this resolves my Camry issues! Big thank you to Andrea for her prompt replies to my questions and Carlos for ensuring that the techs knew what needed to be done!

I've been coming here for about a year to service my PS5 and controllers, and up until recently,…read moreI've had positive experiences. The staff is usually helpful, and turnaround times are pretty quick. However, my last experience was really disappointing. I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.

He could have also sourced me a new gaming laptop with the best speeds and processing power but of course- out of my budget. If you get to know Neil, you realize he does care about his clients and wants to make things right.
