Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents. The main issue was the proof of service. Ignorant of the process, I requested a specific court form be used from the court I was filing with, which ended up containing incorrect state information. My mistake but I expected the process server assigned to my case to be the expert and thought he would have caught and corrected something like this or make a different recommendation which didn't happen. When the court flagged it, I asked for a simple correction, but the process server became uncooperative and unresponsive, not replying to my texts and avoiding my calls, leaving me to look into the issue myself. Court staff indicated the process server's fee was higher than typical, and I was only awarded partial reimbursement when judgment was issued in my favor, which made the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail even more frustrating. Service was ultimately accepted by the court, but the process required far more effort on my end than expected.
