This company is great. EASY and QUICK.... and they are locals. Thanks to Daniel for taking care of everything. I never left the house and I'm all set.... they even filed the paperwork to the courts for me. Cheers read more

This is my second time using Danny at Iserve. His service is reasonably priced and very effective and efficient. I couldn't see myself using anyone else based on his ease of use. Once again, thank you for your service Danny. Darrick read more

I needed some assistance in serving a small claims case I had filed and I did some research and came across I Serve Papers so I decided to try them out. Having someone served can be a stressful situation and I can tell you that Danny and his team went above and beyond in getting my papers served. His communication was clear, prompt and helpful despite his server having to run into a rather volatile person being served. Papers were served without incident and I'm grateful. Overall this service was affordable, professional and prompt. If I have the need again I'd gladly use I Serve Papers. read more

I just filed for my divorce and all of this is such a daunting and scary task to me. I needed to serve my papers to my ex-husband and I had no idea where to start. I found I server papers on yelp and thought this was the best route. So I had 8 tries to get him served. I never thought it would be so hard to get some papers to a person. My ex-husband is always home and doesn't work. But he is the type of person who is skeptical about people and who doesn't answer the door. The server tried 3 times with failed attempts... I was so discouraged. But then I asked Danny if I could text my Ex and set up a time for me to go to his place to drop something off. Danny was so accommodating to me and worked with me to get the job done. I am so satisfied with their service and would recommend to everyone who needs assistance in serving court papers. read more

Danny is SUPER and is currently batting 1000 for me! I am about to order another service from I Serve Papers and i realized that they were due a 5 star review from past experiences. This was fairly priced and absolutely painless. First success was in Vista, second service will be in Carlsbad.....so don't be fooled by the Bonita address, this guy travels all over the county!! MUCH EASIER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE!!! read more

I read all the great reviews and the website, and this process server was not the cheapest one I saw, but it looked like the most professional. I especially liked the feature advertised on the site that payment was not required until after service was completed. I really spent a lot of time researching options and felt very confident I had found the best process server. So, I submitted my papers through the website according to the directions online. The next day, I received the following email: "Hello Kenneth, Thank you for placing your order for service. I've received the documents and information. I do require payment to be made up front even though my site says otherwise. I've found myself being more of a debt collector than a process server at times. Lol Anyway, please make payment of $95 at your earliest convenience. Payment can be made online at: iservepapers.com/pay I will send you your receipt once payment has been processed and will begin the service process. Once the papers are served I will prepare and file the proof of service forms with your courthouse. Please let me know if you have any questions. Best Regards, Danny A. I Serve Papers" Long story short, the terms on the website are, let's be hopeful and say, not completely current (as of April 15, 2016). I told Danny not to serve my papers. I will find a different process server. I would strongly encourage him to update his website to reflect his current business practices. That way he can avoid misleading other potential customers. read more

I contacted Joe 3 weeks ago. He accepted the job and told me that would try to have it done within 48 hours. After about a week or so I contacted him to get a progress report, I left a voicemail and my call was not returned. I also tried sending a text message that went unanswered. I feel like this is very unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. I still have not heard from him, not even a note/message to say he couldn't do the job. if you're looking for a process server look elsewhere. read more

Since we are 83.6 miles away from a client (hereafter known as "Yacht Boy") who stiffed our company, we had to search for a San Diego-based process server. After going online and reading (and reading into) the Yelp reviews we decided on Joe Click. Actually Joe made it easy, since he emailed us back right away. Since Yacht Boy had multiple addresses and known locations (some floating) Joe worked quickly, communicated with us effectively and everyone was quite pleased, except for Yacht Boy, who has subsequently paid up. read more

Spoke with Danny, who answered the phone the first time I called. He was friendly and extremely helpful and giving me very thorough information that is helpful to me in making sure that the service is completed correctly oh, and he doesn't even charge extra to then forward the paperwork to the court! The price is reasonable, and he promises service within 3 days. I was pleased to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful to walk me through the process. read more

Danny is awesome! Got everything taken care of for my pending divorce even though I am doing it all out of state. After I first contacted him I emailed the papers and the next day it was in the works to serve my ex! Can't wait to get my ex out of my life and this company definitely helped to make that one step closer to being possible! Good email response, and fast turn around. read more

When I first found this website I was a bit skeptical because the fee was higher than a couple other companies I'd seen but hiring Joe to serve my small claims case turned out to be the best choice I could have made. I called to see why the price was on the high end and within just a few minutes Joe told me that I'd waited too long to get my case served and also that I couldn't serve the case to the PO Box address I had for my old landlord. Joe quickly found a home address for me and explained how to get my trial date continued. After I went to court and got the new date, I emailed him my papers and the case was served the next night! I was so pleased that Joe went above and beyond what I expected and really helped me out since this was my first experience with suing someone. Highly recommended service! read more

Joe's service was fantastic from beginning to end. The entire process of court is unpleasant for everyone involved. I'm in a business where occasionally we need to use this more aggressive approach to get payment for services. I've been dealing with the court system and different process servers for years now and I can tell you that without a doubt, Joe is the best of them all. Months before I actually decided to use him, I called Joe and left a message for him with some questions. He called me back within the hour, but I ended up not needing him to call me at all because everything I needed was laid out on his very informative and intuitive website. Regardless, at that point, I knew that Joe was my go to guy. When the day came, I went back onto Joe's website and uploaded 10 cases for him to serve. Immediately upon receiving the 10th case, he emailed me to confirm that he had everything he needed for each one of them and would begin attempting to serve them immediately. A couple of days later I got an email letting me know his progress and a few days after that I got confirmation that all 10 of my cases were completed. Payment was quick and easy on through his website, after which he dropped off my proof of service forms to the court and popped my copies in the mail to me. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and easy. Thank you Joe, for helping to make this entire process easier! read more

Joe definitely made this part of an unfamiliar and difficult process extremely easy. He is great with communication, for everything, not just the initial call like lots of personal businesses. He offers his service completely online/by phone if that's what you prefer, and he also offered to meet in person if you prefer that instead. He doesn't sound like he's too busy to answer your questions or send you updates about things, always friendly and respectful. I've never needed to serve anyone in the past so I wasn't sure what to expect, but joe made the servicing progress smoothly and quickly (served the papers within 24 hours of receiving them) and I literally could not imagine a better job done. You'll be lucky and glad to have someone take care of serving your papers if you're ever in a predicament! read more

I am very pleased with this company. I had to have someone served. In my initial call with Danny, was very informative on how the process worked and what to expect. What can I say, he got it done. Short notice for the hearing in the first place, even shorter notice when I had some extra documents to lodge with the court. He was willing to work with unusual circumstances and timeframes to get the papers served at a work location. I'll be using him again soon. read more

Very easy to contact! He did a great job keeping us informed and met our expectations!

I found Joe on yelp and used him to serve papers for a small claims lawsuit. He was very responsive over email and I was able to do everything electronically. I emailed him papers and he had the defendant served the next day. I highly recommend him and will use him again (if need be). read more

Submitted request and within 48 hours papers served - even in the terrible downpour of rain/flooding we had (January 2016). Danny kept in contact throughout the process and addressed all the questions I had. THANK YOU read more

I just want to say that Joseph is very professional and helpful. The first time I contacted him, I was way past one of the deadlines. Yet he explained to me clearly the whole process and advised me to get an extension first. In other words he saved me money. Had I insisted in serving papers, I would have had to re-do it later and pay the fee again. I can't praise Joseph enough for his customer service. Next time, I will not hesitate to use his services and will even tell my friends about him if they need his services. read more

Fantastic service! I emailed Joe with some questions about my service and he responded within the hour with an upfront price and how to proceed. Once I delivered my documents to him, he served them (to two different people) within a couple of days. He stayed in contact with me through email, and once I paid online (the exact amount he quoted me) he mailed a receipt and a copy of the proof of service. The whole process was painless and took a load of stress off of me. Hopefully I won't end up in court again, but if I do, I would definitely use Joe again! read more

I recently have been researching people to serve papers for an upcoming court case I have. I was not thoroughly set or impressed with anyone yet until I came across I Serve Papers. Danny was very professional and knowledgeable. He always got back to me in a very timely manner if he was not able to take my call at the moment I placed it. The process was so easy. Just a simple fax or email of your paperwork to him. I was beyond impressed with how efficient he was in serving papers for me since my particular case was slightly complicated. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and would do business with him again no questions asked :) Kristen Wilson read more

I have used I Serve Papers 3 times over the last 4 years. The professionalism of Danny and his team is exceptional. They have had to go to the address several times before reaching the respondent and have served the papers as quickly as they could. While I hope I don't have to use their service again, they will be my first choice in the event I need this type of service in the future. read more

Joe served a small claims suit for me in San Diego. When the Defendant later tried to claim he never got them, Joe knew exactly what to do. More importantly, he was prepared for and is experienced with such shenanigans so he takes very good care to cover all his bases. He even agreed to show up in court to defend the service. Joe explained everything to me in great detail every step of the way and was a great ally in my case. This is an awesome process service. Very, very glad I used Joe at I Serve Papers. read more

Danny is a fantastic process server. I don't know where to start!!!! I live in Colorado and needed someone in San Diego to serve papers for me. In just a few days Danny took care of all the paperwork including delivering the papers to the courthouse. Now the crazy part....ultimately in court months later the defendant wanted the case dismissed and said he wasn't served, so Danny came to the next court date to make sure the judge knew these slimeballs were served. If you need someone served look no further because Danny will not only serve them but he's also got your back if something goes sideways! Thank you Danny read more

Wow! I live in Orange County and I needed papers served to someone in San Marcos (San Diego County). On top of that, I had a scheduled family vacation coming up and I was going to be gone for a week. My mom contacted Joe and he emailed me and explained his entire process. I had been looking at other companies and they charge more for multiple attempts, mileage, scouting, etc. Joe offers a FLAT RATE to serve your papers and it is awesome! He was able to serve the papers successfully while I was on vacation. Thank you Joe! read more

I simply cannot say enough great things about this company. I live in Florida and needed papers served to the military base in San Diego, so trying to find a trustworthy place to help me was tedious. However, after reading all of the reviews, I decided to try I Serve Papers. I spoke with Danny on the phone and he answered every question I had. I emailed him the paperwork on a Thursday, paid the invoice on Friday and by the following Saturday he had the papers served and the notarized paperwork mailed to my front door. It was unbelievable how quickly he worked to complete the job and kept in touch with me through the whole process.
