They are the biggest fraud and would be wise to stay away from this company. I had paid them 89 dollars to serve the defendant for my small claims court. It was hard to find my landlords address, so I went with the google address and it turned out that there is some other business working there. They had only done 1 attempt from mission bay to Delmar so we can say a few dollars for gas and the persons time. I had 3 more attempts left out of the total 4 that they provide and the lady who claims to be the manager(Who again is arrogant and hard to deal with) said I will have to pay another 89 dollars for the new address. In their website when I was in the process of filling the form it said an additional 25 dollars for address change. They should have done it for free as the effort it would take to do another 3 attempts to the previous address should have been good enough to do just one more attempt at the new address. I was also willing to pay another 25 to 30 dollars for the new address which is maybe a few miles away from the old address. The greed and the audacity of this lady was that I don't care you and she asked me to pay another 89 dollars for the new address which as I said was not that old from the old address. These guys are just ruthless and have no respect for peoples hard earned money and just want to milks people for what they can. I wish I could give this business 0 rating but google does not allow that. I now will have to fight with my credit card bank to dispute this and go to better business bureau to deal with them. I wish I did not have to deal with all of this after paying them their fees and having them to show some empathy and consideration. There are many better Service of process companies out there which I have learnt the hard way now.

Both individuals had very erratic schedules that made them difficult to track down and we only had 2 days to serve them since the initial order was given to the sheriffs department to serve and the sheriffs department took 2 weeks but were unsuccessful. Mike met with me Wednesday evening to go over the details, he said he was confident he could get the job done and quoted me a fair price. That same evening he was already successful at serving one of the individuals and by Thursday night he was able to serve the second person in the middle of the night who was being very difficult. We are truly grateful for what Mike has done and will highly recommend him to everyone we know if they are in need of a process server. If I ever need this service again I will go directly to Mike and gladly pay for his services rather than wait for the sheriffs even though they are a free service.

Because of this situation, I have not even been able to enter my own property since purchasing it. Mr. Foster handled the service of legal documents with exceptional professionalism and care. He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents. This level of documentation gave me great confidence that everything was handled properly. When he served the documents, he remained calm, professional, and firm during the interaction. He also used a body camera to document the service, demonstrating a very high standard of professionalism. What impressed me most was his thoroughness.
