Please believe me when I say: If anyone in the local San Diego area is in need of a Service Processor, John is the man for you!!! My post/story is a bit much. I am not sure many people will ever have to go through the same situation that I did... I called about 5 or 6 Service Processors one morning. I was finding that most of the Service Processors that I spoke to were rude, dismissive, or didn't want to go the extra mile for me because my situation was "extra". Meaning: the respondent who would be/needed to be served was basically homeless and we had no clue where to find her to serve her. Each of the Service Processors wanted to charge me A LOT of money for 3 attempts of service with NO guarantee! I was pretty frustrated. One place did offer to do a "stake-out" but they charge $100 for 2 hours minimum and $50 for each additional hour. No thanks! Sorry! I don't have that kind of money! John was the last person I called that day, and he was so kind and willing to listen to my entire story. Because he seemed so earnest and genuine over the phone, I hired him. He came to my house right away. I gave him my temporary restraining order that needed to be served to the respondent. Then, we went to work. John made himself available to me so I could call him if I saw the respondent lurking in and around my neighborhood. The very next day I saw the respondent in the alley behind my house. I called John, who had already been out to my area that day, looking for the respondent about 20 minutes prior and had no luck finding this person. John jumped right back in his car and rushed back to my area and was able to serve the respondent with the temporary restraining order. Hooray! I thought this was the end of this matter. I had to wait 3 weeks to go to the hearing at the San Diego Superior Courthouse, to get a permanent restraining order. On 4/19/2022, I had my hearing and the respondent did not come to the hearing. That meant, I now had to serve the respondent a second time. Ugh! Not happy. I didn't know how or where to find her a SECOND time. It was a miracle that we found her the first time. I called John again. He was ready for round 2! And, I must add, that he was not upset that we had to do this a second time. After waiting about a week and doing my best to stay vigilant, I finally saw the respondent again... Once again- John was out in my area looking for this person and he never saw her. He ended up going home. Oddly, I saw the respondent right by my house as I was driving, and I called John, AGAIN, AFTER he left my area to go back home! John came right out and stayed on the phone with me as he drove back out to my area. RIGHT AWAY! John stayed on speaker phone with me as he served the respondent. This entire process was magic! I have no idea how this all worked out the way that it did! But, it was perfect! We got her! The respondent was officially served today by John, on April 27, 2022! John even took a photo of the respondent being served, and he sent the photo to me for my peace of mind. I hope that no one EVER has to have a reason to need a Service Processor! But, if you do? Contact John! He is amazing at his job! And, he is a super kind person. I highly recommend him! If I could give him 100 's, I would! Mostly because he just a really nice man, but also because he went above and beyond what any other Service Processors were willing to do, for me, with my strange situation. John Huneycutt blocked my vehicle in while trying to serve an order. He would not leave my home after being told that a second respondent was not there due to military service, scaring my children and triggering my PTSD. I was attacked as a teenager in college and he made me feel hunted, and guilty, even though our case was thrown out in 3 minutes in court today. I get a fish has to swim and a bird has to eat, but I pray for you. Also, I hope that you get paid because the petitioner has a history of defaulting on a majority of payments (check the civil court records). Hope you collect payment up front! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I needed a person at a drug facility served a restraining order. The Sheriffs department went to this facility and was advised that this is a Federally protected program and they would not be able to serve anyone at their facility. I found RightNow Process Service and advised John of this. John stated that he had been able to serve someone at this facility by staying in the parking lot and then doing a drop serve. He stated that they will try for 3 days and then he would go inside to and try on the last day. He stated that this is $85. A little over an hour later he tells me that he went inside and was told this is a Federally protected program and they would not be able to serve anyone at their facility. Ummm yeah! I told you this already. John says there is nothing else he can do. Wait what! What happened to the 3 days! So, he basically took my $85 and ran. Complete Rip Off!!! If you can afford to waste $85 and know that nothing is going to get done then go ahead and try them out however; if you want your $85 to actually get you results then this is definitely not the place to go! What can I say about John. He is the BEST! I filed a civil restraining order and the respondent was avoiding the sheriff. One of my friends attempted to serve her and, well didn't follow through by leaving the papers the day. I decided a professional was better. I needed someone to be available at certain times when the respondent was home. I googled process servers today early afternoon. Called him right away. You won't go wrong with Right Now!! Here is my experience. When I called RightNow Process Service, John answered. I told John that I wanted a defendant served that day and asked him if that was possible. John lived up to the name of RightNow because he said he could do it right now! John asked me some questions related to the service, and I could tell that he was experienced and knowledgeable about his business. I provided John with the information that he requested and paid his very reasonable fee online. Then he called me back a while later stating that he had completed the service! John promptly emailed an accurate copy of the proof of service and billing receipt and mailed the original forms to me. I give Mr. Huneycutt a big Kudos! He had a difficult process to serve and I had requested a Prejudgment Right of Possession to some very bad tenants. He put himself on the "line" attempting to serve them and had to return the next day with a Deputy Sheriff. He went the extra mile to get names and info. on all of the illegal tenants living in my unit and prepared a declaration to the court as such. He did not charge me any extra. I could not have done a better job myself and I highly recommend him for any type of process serving. I will never have anyone else do it from now on. read more
