I hired this company twice to serve documents and they were not successful either time. I had to…read morereach out multiple times for updates, kept my paperwork for over a month to be served with no updates, kept telling me it was hard to get into the building and other excuses but another server was able to get it done same day no issues, and when I asked for a refund due to the poor service and unable to fulfill the service I got met with an initial no and that any "false" review he was going to have removed.
