I hired this company twice to serve documents and they were not successful either time. I had to…read morereach out multiple times for updates, kept my paperwork for over a month to be served with no updates, kept telling me it was hard to get into the building and other excuses but another server was able to get it done same day no issues, and when I asked for a refund due to the poor service and unable to fulfill the service I got met with an initial no and that any "false" review he was going to have removed. He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents. This level of documentation gave me great confidence that everything was handled properly. When he served the documents, he remained calm, professional, and firm during the interaction.
