Because of this situation, I have not even been able to enter my own property since purchasing it. Mr. Foster handled the service of legal documents with exceptional professionalism and care. He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents.
