He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time.
