I started with another company, they made 4 unsuccessful attempts. I went to court anyway. I told the judge the guy was being evasive, he didn't care. He told me that I would be granted only one continuance and I needed to get him served or my case is dismissed. I tired to do the certified mail option: unsuccessful. I was a week away from the deadline and desperate. I found BJ's company on Yelp, gave him a call, we chatted, I told him the situation.
