Only one was $150, and the other was $350, guaranteed for six months. He mentioned he would spray my hardwood floors, but then he did not. I was confused. He did not check my mattress. Instead, he sprayed my comforter and sheets, which I found odd. One would think you would remove the sheets and spray the bed, not the sheets you are sleeping in. I received no instructions. There were no follow-up instructions. Leo told me to give it 2-3 weeks. I kept getting bitten by these bugs, and now, five weeks later have spiders and bugs and am worse off than before. I still vacuum every day. I have tried to contact this company five times, and they never returned a phone call. I am out $350.00. Typically, Pest companies explain the process and give you a list of the pesticides they use, explain what they are going to do in advance and how you should proceed after. On the back of their card, they also guarntee their work. This company did none of the above, and I have more spiders, bugs, and whatever was in my bed is worse than before they came out. Also, he signed the service agreement, not me.
