Jay was prompt, thorough and knowable... he found the hole within 15 minutes in addition to a few hornet nests we were not aware of ( he didn't change extra to exterminate the bee's nests). Jay took his time and did a thorough examination... we have an interesting layout in the basement, partial Michigan basement, partial crawl and part walkout but he got right to business fearlessly and filled in all the little spots the squirrels and mice were using to gain access to the house. They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.

I told him I already had Comcast coming at 10am as I was told he was coming 2-4pm... so he would need to come closer to noon. Now it was almost noon and no Brian.. I call their office and ask what's going on as I was told my time switched to earlier and was told he had 2 others prior to me to stop at and he'd be to my house by 1:30... 1:30 came and went. I figured maybe he put me back at my original time and waited until after 4pm to call and finally ask wth happen to him now that I've waisted my whole entire Saturday on waiting for this company. I was told that they're closed until Monday so they'd have someone call me Monday to see why Brian did a no call no show... Monday comes and I have a lady trying to tell me that the rep couldn't locate my house... umm he had my number and I had no missed calls so come up with another unacceptable excuse, and waste someone else's time. Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome.
