Scot is the type of person I wish I always interacted with in every business. It was clear to me…read moreinstantly just after submitting the request for a quote that he is a strong believer in under promising and over delivering. The initial response I received said he would be out within 48 hours to review and send my customized quote. He was out in less than 5 hours and I indeed had my customized quote the very next day. And I could instantly tell it was customized based on the unique attributes he called out. I then asked to speak with Scot directly just to get to know him, and he spent 30 minutes talking me through everything he saw, recommendations for what I can do to help make my yard look good that he doesn't charge for, the best way to get rid of the stupid moles in my backyard, and then complimented our home very much. Scot is someone that I could see forming a great friendship with just based on how he cares about his customers. I signed up the very next morning as I had no doubt this was someone who stands by their word and business and I wanted to be a customer of Scot's and have my yard look as good as his other customers. Thank you for the outstanding customer experience from day 1 Scot, can't wait to work with you through the season and make my yard look like the previous owners did!

Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. Thats inconvenient because he got to know my situation and I on the other hand got to know what his plans were for my issues. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. It might make things far worse for me in doing so, but 4 calls and 3 texts, no response. Too late to hire someone else before the burrow is disrupted.

This is the most ineffectual pest control company I have ever seen. They sucker you in with an…read moreintro "deal" of $180 off your first inspection to lock you into a contract for $60 a month. The people are nice enough, but you might as well flush three $20s down the toilet every month with the amount of bugs that still entered the home after their "services." After repeated calls about the ants, the technicians started to get frustrated, saying it looked unprofessional that we kept calling. But the ants didn't seem to mind the bait or the poison. They kept coming. Try to cancel and Proof says that'll be $180 bucks. Don't trust them to do a good job. Get a local company who works a la carte instead of on contracts. You'll get more for your money. Anything is better than Proof.
