The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. I could tell he knew his stuff. Again, what a great experience. I got their annual service plan and feel very comfortable doing so. The technician in no way tried to up-sell be but gave me some very good advice on why I should do so. I've had Proof service my home for the last year and they've done a great job. They ask if I would like them to spray the inside of my house which I refused but i did have to call them back because we noticed a few ants. They do not charge for having to come back and Jon did a wonderful job. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of insects we had in our home.
