No fuss - he didn't ask me for a bunch of information about the property for a quote, just a brief description of the issue. He came in over $200 LESS than other companies without needing a war-and-peace explanation of the issue. He worked fast and was VERY neat, even had shoe covers so as not to track dirt throughout the house. Also very nice guy, super friendly and professional, had no trouble with pets (I have 5 cats). I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone and use him again.

Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. Thats inconvenient because he got to know my situation and I on the other hand got to know what his plans were for my issues. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. People were booking out weeks- and these bees meant I wasn't comfortable letting my kids outside. James took my call, came within 24 hours, explained what the problem was, where they were coming from, and took care of it. He sprayed our entire perimeter, the deck, the house, everything. We didn't see anything for almost two months. When he checked in with us, and found out that the bees in the deck were back, he made a point to come back and re-spray. I can't say enough about his professionalism, his kindness, and his good natured personality. I look forward to seeing him soon to head off any issues this summer and I refer him to anyone who is healing with bees. Thanks James!!
