The company I went with called as soon as I posted the question and gave me a price for an inspection which would apply to the treatment IF a treatment was needed. treatment price would depend on what they found during the inspection. When I went back to check on the estimate from Bugzilla, there was no mention of an inspection prior to treatment or what the treatment would entail, just a price which seemed very high to me. Since I already had an appointment set up with another company I didn't follow up any further. My apologies for not letting them know.

Living next to a woods/swamp, we have critters. Unfortunately, we had them in the attic: Mice,…read morechipmunks, squirrels?. Last year, we paid Orkin approx 3k to seal the house and trap what had gotten in the attic. It worked, we were critter free for six months. In June we called Orkin back as their work had a warranty. 3 times they sent someone out to 'check' it, telling me they would send yet a 4th guy (over a 5 month period). Following a just OWN IT discussion, they sent Jake and Hunter who actually did something to reseal the house. Jake and Hunter were great. They didn't offer excuses, or suggest another team needed to come out. They got to work. They Owned It! They were fantastic! Thanks to Jake and Hunter, I'm looking forward to a critter free winter. So 5 stars to Jake and Hunter. 2 stars to Orkin in general for all the BS.

I had to rearrange my schedule a few…read moretimes as my mother is in Hospice and things got emergent during the time Robert and Corresponded, but by the tine I got back to him to schedule a full extermination, he stopped responding completely. Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. Thats inconvenient because he got to know my situation and I on the other hand got to know what his plans were for my issues. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. It might make things far worse for me in doing so, but 4 calls and 3 texts, no response. Too late to hire someone else before the burrow is disrupted.
