Starting with their dilapidated website, which contains no helpful information. Despite offering to book online, the website is non functional. Instead I call a phone number on the website. I get a "hello". Maybe if I was a business I would answer the phone more professionally. Did I reach a car detailing service or a pizza place or just some random dude. The lack of professionalism continues. Once we get past the initial awkwardness, they offer a same day appointment. I am asked to text the details (phone number, email address, car info) to the phone number. Basically, I've got to do all of their paperwork for them. They don't respond to the text. I don't know if I've been confirmed for the appointment or not. They eventually confirm the appointment after I prompt them I contact them. They estimate 2 hours, so I bring my whole family on two cars and drive 30 minutes. Their location is in a mall parking lot. Not super professional either. Now that I've arrived, they tell me that it will take longer than expected and they can't do it until Monday. It has already disrupted my afternoon. Despite my frustration with wasting an hour with nothing to show, I ask them to send me a quote. They never did Seems like a shady business that makes false promises. Won't put anything into writing. It honestly felt like they rushed through the job or skipped steps completely. If you're charging for a premium "Ultimate" package, the car should come back spotless and properly detailed, but that definitely wasn't the case here. I expected professional work and attention to detail, but unfortunately the result didn't reflect that. I wouldn't recommend paying for the Ultimate Service if this is the level of quality you receive.

I took my brand-new car to this place and waited almost forty minutes just to pay, with no clear…read morepayment instructions and no touchless options before I reached an attendant. When he took my credit card to swipe, he couldn't explain (nor could a sales rep from Flagship that I later called) how my information would be stored or protected. At the entrance of the car wash, only half my car was pre-sprayed, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that's just how it's done. There was nobody available once inside for questions afterward. Not only was my driver's mat still dirty, but the finishing crew also almost missed wiping and shining the tires until I pointed it out before I drove away. It made me wonder if they knew what level of service I had just paid for. At home, I found bird waste still on the hood along with some new scratches that I was fortunate to be able to buff out. For $36, the 'Ultimate Wash' fell far short of my expectations. Incidentally, I waited 22 years before I finally decided to buy another vehicle. So, next time, I'll be careful to go elsewhere for better service.

They taped town my back windshield wiper and I waited my turn. After the wash, my car was FRESH AS NEW! No scratches, no damage, nothing wrong. Squeaky clean! And after the wash, they hand dried the entire vehicle! Free vacuums with great suction power after. It was great value for the money! The tracks on the automatic car washes usually scrape my wheels a little n this one didn't AT ALL!!! Super great. 10$ for the basic 15$ to spray the under carriage (I mean REALLY SPRAY it down!)
