The place has an inside counter area with indoor seating with air conditioned comfort. There's also an outside order window and a few purple picnic tables in front (no smoking is allowed in front of the shop, so others can enjoy their ice cream. This is a great rule). I stopped here recently on a very hot Saturday night. Since just ate dinner at a nearby restaurant, I decided to order my dessert at Woody's. I got a double scoop of Colombian Coffee hard ice cream cone, which came out to about $3 and change. The ice cream cone was pretty big and a very refreshing treat for dessert. I will definitely have to return to Woody's for a Boston shake on my next visit to Herkimer. CASH ONLY
