Im really upset. No one in your customer service dept has been able to help. After placing several orders and spending in total $265. on apples for friends for Christmas one of the orders never made it to the person because your computers changed the city. I was told UPS tried to call the person but that never happened and now Im being told I have to pay to reship?? No one tried to contact me or the friend the order was for... So over what appears to be less than $10. your customer service managers are willing to lose a customer. I will not be ordering from your company anymore! These are the best confections ever. I love all there wonderful caramel and Chocolate treats. They also have a top notch customer service department. I recently ordered a basket of goodies, and two chocolate apples with dried strawberries for Valentine's day. There was a huge problem with the delivery and I was taken care of immediately. What a way to ruin Christmas! I ordered these gift boxes for my kiddo's teachers. The website says "3 day shipping". I ordered on December 9. I finally received a shipping confirmation 5 days later! My delivery date is supposed to be the 17th. One of two packages arrived on the 17th. The order status showed delivered. I called customer service, and they said that the second box had been delayed. I should be receiving it on the 18th. I explained that the 18th was the last day before school was let out. The customer service person didn't seem to really care! It wasn't delivered until after 5 PM. Now my kiddos teacher will not have any present until after the holiday. I won't be doing this again! read more

Absolutely delicious. I ordered the Abundant Caramel Apple and Confections Holiday Basket for the Christmas holiday and it did not disappoint. I found Mrs.Prindables while searching for a chocolate covered pretzel basket that was gifted to my office. I never found that basket, I found something even better. The basket was a little pricey but I had a $20 off coupon that basically covered the shipping. The basket contained: (3) Triple Chocolate Petite Caramel Apples (3) Milk Chocolate Walnut Petite Caramel Apples (9) Chocolate and Caramel Pretzel Rods (1) Bag of White Chocolate Pretzel Bites, 4.5oz (1) Assorted Four-Piece Chocolate Covered Caramels (3) Bags of Milk Chocolate Toffee, 4.5oz (1) Bag of Assorted Natural Caramels, 4.3oz (2) Milk Chocolate Nut Clusters, 3oz The size of the petite apple is absolutely perfect for one person. I would not suggest biting into the apples as they have a thick layer of toppings. I refrigerated my apples and cut them into four pieces. The Milk Chocolate Walnut apples were my favorite. The Triple Chocolate had a thick layer of dark chocolate as a base, dark chocolate is not my preference but those were still delicious. The apples were fresh and crisp, the caramel has a nice flavor and consistency. The Chocolate and Caramel Pretzel Rods were also delicious, no complaints, I had to hide two for myself, they were the first things grabbed by family. The Milk Chocolate Nut Clusters, oh em gee, I can order those by themselves and be in heaven. The White Chocolate Pretzel Bites were different, just little round pretzel nuggets with white chocolate coating and a sprinkle of sugar, they are very, very sweet. The Assorted Natural Caramels tasted handmade, they were a little soft for my liking but I just put them in the fridge to harden up. I will definitely be ordering this basket again, hopefully there will be a sale during the year. I had never heard of this company. I have been sending Mrs. Prindable's apples as gifts for a few years now., and have been pleased with the quality of the product and service. Recently, I've noticed a change in the product as well as in delivery and customer service. Understanding COVID-19 has changed things up a bit, my last three orders were placed a month in advance. I had hoped the damaged apples that arrived two days AFTER their scheduled Mother's Day delivery was a fluke, but the Father's Day delivery is also late. I cannot comment as to the status of the apples, because we don't have them yet. I am disappointed. I could understand if I ordered these items the day before I expected them to be delivered, but a MONTH in advance? Shaking my head. MB read more

I received one of their apples as a Christmas gift and once I opened it, I found a dead spider in it. The apple was sealed in their bags until that moment and the spider was between the apple and caramel so I know it must have been there since they made it. Very, very disappointed. I encourage you all to double check when you receive. I also tried to contact them but their website just says they have a glitch. Worst experience ever. Would leave no stars if possible. read more

SHIPPED TOO LATE! I ordered a holiday package of 18 apples thru QVC as per suggestion of Prinible's customer service as they don't offer that package on their website. They were promised for Dec 19th delivery - I needed them to bring to work on the 20th. On Dec 15th I feared it was cutting it too close, so I called QVC to pay for expedited delivery - they said it was too late Prinible's already shipped them and guaranteed delivery on the 19th. Apples never delivered on the 19th and at 10 pm they noted on my account that they will come today, the 20th - late afternoon. I came to work empty handed and we close for the holiday break at noon. QVC will return my $, but Prinibles is at fault for shipping late!! I am a very unhappy customer!! I wanted my apples on time, not a refund!! read more

Just had the carmel and chocolate covered green apple. The apple was huge. We split it amongst four people and half of the apple was still leftover. Thin layer of caramel over the huge, green apple then a thick layer of chocolate over the caramel. I enjoyed it! It was also nicely presented with a big purple bow! I will NEVER order from this company again. I ordered apples for my office staff on 12/4 which was supposed to be delivered the next week-no apples. I had to speak with their VERY RUDE customer service TWICE. I had a guarantee of delivery yesterday (over 2 weeks from the original order) and guess what??? You are correct!!!! NO APPLES. Nothing to say about this product but good things! The apples are high quality and the 'toppings' are decadent and delicious. We gifted several Mrs. Prindables (in absolutely adorable gift boxes!) this holiday season and also brought them along to family celebrations. After slicing the apples for the crowd, they quickly disappeared and turned out to be the favorite dessert - for all kids and adults of all ages! I know these will be a new item added to our annual menu. Another kudos to the company for quick, convenient, and reliable delivery. Top notch customer service!!! After struggling with the broken website, I was finally able to place my holiday order. I received a credit card charge and order confirmation, but none of my order ever went out, and I received no notification of that. When I called, I could not get through to customer service, and the order takers were not empowered to help. So, no one in my family got their gifts, I kind of look like a jerk, and no one at Prindables has been able to help me so far. All I could do was leave a message and wait. Still waiting! read more

Mrs. Prindable's makes a delicious product, but has AWFUL customer service! I placed an order on Saturday and after receiving the confirmation email, I tried calling immediately (the same day) because the last name on the shipping was incorrect. Calling the phone number on the website I was advised customer service hours are M-F 8-5. On Monday when I called, there wasn't an option for customer service, so I chose the option for placing an order. I sat on hold for 10-15 minutes and then received a message advising me I could leave a voice mail message, but then immediately was advised that voice mail was full and the line disconnected. I did this 4 times. On Tuesday I called and stayed on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a sales rep who then transferred me to customer svc. I explained my problem and was told this would be a big deal to change and I might have to pay for overnight shipping.(???). Ultimately, they told me they would "try" & make the change once the UPS label was printed. I asked to speak to the manager - but she was on another line and didn't take my call. I was not confident that they would make the change so I canceled the order. I'm writing this so that maybe someone from Mrs. Prindable's will realize the importance of excellent customer service. read more

I received my apples from my husband for Christmas! I am celebrating 6 days of Christmas with a caramel apple a day. So far I've eaten 4 of the 6 and have been very happy with everything about these apples. In the past, (it has been about 5 years since I last had them) I had also been entirely pleased with their variety, flavor, and quality. It is wonderful to see that nothing has changed. Best candy apple's I've had. Just wish they used FedEx. UPS leaves my packages at the back door and sometimes the garage door unless I request the front door.
