Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a kind woman who asked what we were in search of. She walked us through the entirety of the store, which to my surprise was full of other goodies & not just cakes! In case you're celebrating an event there are countless cards, gifts, stuffed animals - you name it, they have it! We made our cake selections and since it was my birthday, I had gotten an email from Nothing Bundt Cakes letting me know I had a free mini bundt cake. Upon trying to claim my free bundt cake with my phone number the promo wasn't appearing, but the kind staff member assisted in getting me my free birthday cake anyway. Now THAT is great customer service and truly made my birthday! Thank you to the staff at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Park Ridge - you guys will be my go-to bakery from now on!

But the rest of the store is not quite the same - the employees aren't as friendly (it's Des Plaines) and some items are no longer available. I blame these baddies to Kroger, mostly. At least the brioche buns are still decent, Stan's donuts aren't no Vault but still stocked and good enough, and actually made use of my gas points for very cheap gas - cheaper than Delta Sonic in Naperville. I'll be back, but for the "drugs".
