My dog was very upset (crying and yelping) and trying to get away and she had a really hard time handling him. At one point, he jumped off the table and was literally hanging by the harness (I thought he snapped his neck) and she just put him back on the table and continued to get the job done. She had a co-worker who just stood there and watched. I have no idea why the co-worker didn't help. When I got him home, I noticed that she missed a few nails. What a nightmare!
