Brought my frightened puggle in for a nail clipping. I was not impressed with the way she handled…read morehim. She put him up on her table and because he was upset and trying to get away, she put a harness around his neck to keep him on the table. My dog was very upset (crying and yelping) and trying to get away and she had a really hard time handling him. At one point, he jumped off the table and was literally hanging by the harness (I thought he snapped his neck) and she just put him back on the table and continued to get the job done. She had a co-worker who just stood there and watched. I have no idea why the co-worker didn't help. When I got him home, I noticed that she missed a few nails. What a nightmare! I will never go back.

My dogs were not taken care of They do not play music ( as…read morethey say they do on their own website) and leave the dogs alone for very long hours They don't get potty breaks so they will have to pee in their pens My one dogs bed was melted as if it had been lit on fire or let in front of a heater They charge you for days you weren't there I sent my dogs in Monday at 5 and picked them up Wednesday at 1 and was charged over 220$ for 4 days when I called 3 times to arrange a pick up time The dogs area is not cleaned often It was less then 48 hours my dogs were there and I will never be back
