If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I'm not one to write reviews about companies, because as a small business owner myself, I try to give all businesses the benefit of the doubt, and work with the owners to come to solutions that are in everyone's best interest. But being as this is a place where you bring your fur babies, and the amount of issues I have had with this business, with little to no remorse from the owners, I wanted to save someone else the trouble. Just a few incidents that I experienced: my dog vomiting gravel for over 2 days because he ingested rocks from their yard (it was enough that he was obviously out there long enough unsupervised), coming home covered in dog poop matted to his back legs costing an additional $75 to get groomed and shaved, always smelling like pee and covered in dirt every time I pick him up, his collar being shredded by another dog with no one noticing, not being fed enough coming home starving. This business only cares about making money, not about the actual health and safety of your babies. I've started using Rover and honestly, 10/10 for all the sitters I've found on Rover. They're the same price (or cheaper) as this place and will actually take care of your dogs. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother going here.
