Service was fast and friendly and the lunch combos are very reasonably priced for all the food that you get. Definitely a good value for your money.

It was my first visit tonight and I am very pleased with the food. Everything seemed very fresh, from hand-cut fries (with a very yummy seasoning - slightly sweet) to the burgers and the chicken breast sandwich. My daughter's chicken breast sandwich was very juicy and flavorful. The only thing someone might want to be aware of is that the pickles are slightly spicy, so if that's not your thing, ask to leave them off the sandwich. You order in line at the counter and take a number to your table. The food is brought out when it's ready. The restaurant staff were pleasant. The booth seating was cozy. Unfortunately, when I went to order, I was told they were out of rice and not serving it. Very disappointing. I decided to try the 10-piece lemon pepper wings instead and specifically asked for all flats. The order taker said it could be done. However, when my food came out, the wings were mixed. My husband spoke with who I assume was the owner, and she explained that they don't typically sell all flats because it leaves them with too many drums--which is understandable. However, that should have been communicated upfront, as I likely would have ordered something else or chosen to go elsewhere. The dining area also took away from the experience. The tables were filthy, and we had to ask for ours to be cleaned before we could even sit down. To make matters worse, most of the fountain drinks were out. I settled for fruit punch, which unfortunately wasn't good. My husband and son received their meals, and overall, the food was just average at best. Between the unavailable menu items, miscommunication, cleanliness issues, and overall quality, this experience fell short of expectations. We will not be returning.

First of all, I couldn't order online for whatever reason, so I tried calling the order in 3 times. Each time the recording would say they couldn't connect me to someone to take my order. I don't know if there is a different co9k or what, but my meal was awful! Lemon pepper wings were so salty I couldn't finish eating them, the steak on the sandwich was overly salty as well. Overall it lacked that delicious salty smokey flavor that makes brisket so amazing. On top of that it was quite chewy and just an unpleasant texture overall. That said, the restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. I just hope they can improve their smoking technique to make the food worthwhile.
